BORAK bounced back to winning ways to record his fourth hurdles success at Wincanton last month and defy what appeared a tough mark. Bernard Llewellyn's six-year-old was brave at the finish there and will have to be equally as tough to see off Magical Thomas following another 3lb rise. Neil Mulholland's gelding saw his hat-trick bid end in defeat on his Fontwell reappearance, but was beaten less than a length that day and needs respect as he looks to get back on track here, while Catchin Time has knocked on the door the last twice and must be considered.
CATCHIN TIME lost out only to a well-treated sort at Uttoxeter in June and would be a serious player if continuing in the same kind of form 5 months on. Magical Thomas and Borak are probably high enough in the weights now, but this isn’t a strong race for the grade so must be respected.
