This jumps season, we've teamed up with bet365 to give you the chance to prove yourself a master trainer with our Stable Stars competition.
Over 17,000 racing fans took part in the first ever Stable Stars last season, which went down to the very last day of the competition and saw Claire O'Connell amass 1835 points to take the first prize by just a single point from Craig Stewart.
The basics of the competition remain the same in 2016/17; the game is based around managing a stable of 10 horses and collecting points throughout the season from Friday 11 November up to the end of the Punchestown Festival on Saturday 29 April 2016.
You can boost your points tally with wins or places in the competition’s bonus races and will be able to make changes to your team during a weekly substitutions window. Plus, each week they can nominate a stable star to earn extra points when they are successful.
But there’s a catch… You can’t select ALL the big names. Each team can consist of just two horses from an Elite list of seven National Hunt giants, which means players must choose between the big-race favourites but are also given more scope for original selections from our main list of over 500 horses.
The elite horses for 2016/17 are:
There's a first prize of £8,000 to the winner and a second prize of £2,000 for the runner-up with further prizes down to tenth position in the main competition. There's also monthly prizes of free bets with bet365 and you can also create mini-leagues to take on your friends.
The competition is now open and you can change your team as many times as you like until 9pm on Thursday 10th November.
