C&D winner. 9/1, creditable third of 14 in handicap at this course (8f, firm) 25 days ago. Isn't the easiest to catch right though, so uncertain to be in the same form. Back up in trip.

Verdict

FINAL ROCK scored with plenty in hand at Chepstow last time and is expected to follow up under a 6lb penalty. This is only his second start over 1m2f and, like so many from his stable, he's expected to thrive over middle distances. C&D winner Mamnoon picked up minor money here 25 days ago and could hit the frame again, while Austin Friars offered more at Brighton latest and is another to consider.

Verdict

FINAL ROCK scored in the style of one well ahead of the handicapper at Chepstow last week and can follow up under a penalty. Mister Musicmaster drops in class and may give the selection most to think about.
