Fairly useful handicapper on Flat for Sir Michael Stoute. Failed to meet expectations on hurdling debut at Hereford in January but should be capable of better based on his Flat ability.

Verdict

LEOMAR has run well in some very competitive maiden hurdles over in Ireland and could take plenty of beating on his debut for Dan Skelton. World Premier has yet to hit the heights he promised to do when winning a bumper impressively last April but it is far too soon to be writing him off. Blenheim Warrior had a peak rating of 71 on the Flat and he warrants respect on his hurdles debut.

Verdict

WORLD PREMIER quickly got his career back on track when third over C&D last month and will take plenty of stopping if turning up in similar form. Leomar looked set to win when falling at the last at Downpatrick in July and should play a part on his first run for Dan Skelton, while fairly useful Flat recruit Pirate Look should figure if taking to hurdling at the first time of asking.

Yet to get near hurdles form over fences, although may have needed run on last month's stable debut after a break and dropped a further 5 lb since.

Verdict

This is not a race to get carried away with but the marginal preference is for GLOBAL DOMINATION, who did run well to finish second over an extended 2m7f here in January. Skint is not a regular winner these days but his effort last time out suggests that the veteran can make the frame today. Vote Of Confidence has to be noted having had a wind operation prior to his debut for Dan Skelton today.

Verdict

VOTE OF CONFIDENCE was badly out of sorts at the start of the season but is very well treated if staging a revival on his first run for Dan Skelton. Skint was back on song when runner-up at Southwell last week and may prove next best ahead of Global Domination.

Fair second in Southwell bumper last summer, but hasn't really taken to hurdling thus far and improvement needed now tackling handicap company.

Verdict

UNDISPUTED does have to shoulder top weight but she had some good form to her name earlier in her career and a recent wind operation might spark a change in fortune for the seven-year-old. Sixties Idol was a clear-cut winner of a similar race to this at Plumpton a couple of weeks ago and she has to be respected, despite a 10lb hike in the ratings. Others to note are Chandos Belle, Goodgirlteresa and Your Wan.

Verdict

YOUR WAN has the distinct look of a potential improver, having shaped as though getting to grips with what is required of her when third to a useful type in a Doncaster novice. She's well-bred and is taken to make a winning handicap debut off an attractive opening mark. With her latest effort perhaps best forgiven, Flow With Eve is feared most ahead of Chandos Belle and Undisputed.

Poor hurdler/chaser who notched another hurdling victory at Fakenham in December, but well below that level since. Switches back to timber.

Verdict

Chilli Romance has been knocking on the door recently with placed efforts at Fakenham and Taunton and arrives here off the back of a 64 day break which should have freshened her up. Callthebarman warrants respect travelling over for Gavin Gromwell but preference goes to PRINCE KUP. His form isn't worth shouting about but a stable switch to Dan Skelton could feasibly bring about significant improvement.

Verdict

PRINCE KUP doesn’t have the most striking record, but has joined a yard very capable of rejuvenating such types, and could be all the rage in the betting. Bisoubisou and Chilli Romance both have solid each-way claims.

Point winner in May last year who ran to a modest level on his first start over fences when third in a hunter chase at Downpatrick 2 weeks later. Off 9 months. First run for new yard.

Verdict

ALBERTO'S DREAM has looked a different proposition since joining Tom Lacey and has bolted up on his last two outings at Lingfield and Leicester. He runs here under a double penalty but there is nothing to suggest he can't land the hat-trick with his rider's claim looking valuable and the opposition looking sparse. King Cool keeps dropping down the weights along with Upbeat Cobbler and they can fight out the minor honours.

Verdict

ALBERTO'S DREAM has clearly been revived by a change of scenery and looks capable of winning again. Upbeat Cobbler is becoming well treated and could prove the biggest threat.

Dam, unraced, half-sister to smart hurdler/high-class chaser (stayed 25f) Boca Boca. Placed once in 7 outings in points, unseated last 2 starts (Feb 24 latest).

Verdict

OAKLEY HALL was last seen when taking a crashing fall at the last in an EBF qualifier at Doncaster behind King Of Realms at the end of January and the step up in trip, along with first-time cheekpieces, looks ideal for Jonjo O'Neill's gelding. As I See It has shown some solid pieces of form and has to be respected, while a wind operation should help Circuit Court as he stopped very quickly at Kempton when making his debut for Paul Webber.

Verdict

Likely to develop into a straight fight between AS I SEE IT and Oakley Hall, with preference for Harry Fry's 6-y-o given there's slightly more substance to his form.
