Twice-raced filly. Second of 8 in minor event at Wolverhampton (6.1f, 6/1) 25 days ago, slowly away.

Verdict

PEACE TERMS has run well in both of her starts to date and she is an obvious contender this afternoon, despite having to give plenty of weight to her main rivals. I Was Only Joking bumped into a useful filly when finishing second at Wolverhampton late last month and he did pull eight lengths clear of the third on that occasion. Vale Of Kent, a half-brother to Vale Of York, is a particularly interesting newcomer.

Verdict

It took a while for PEACE TERMS to make it to the track, but she's made a promising start to her career on the AW and is up to winning a race like this. Newcomer Vale of Kent may emerge as the chief threat.

Latest win at Newcastle in July. Not disgraced when fourth at Newcastle in December but well below par both runs since.

Latest win at Newcastle in July. Not disgraced when fourth at Newcastle in December but well below par both runs since.

Verdict

VIOLA PARK has been knocking hard on the door in his most recent starts and this is an ideal opportunity for the four-year-old to earn his fourth career victory. No Approval won twice at Dundalk in December and he was not disgraced on his debut for this yard last week. Bo Selecta is another who got his head in front recently and he may improve for the first-time blinkers.

Verdict

VIOLA PARK was knocking on the door towards the end of 2017 and might be capable of getting his head back in front here. No Approval wasn't disgraced on his first outing for new trainer David Bridgwater last week and should figure, while Bo Selecta also merits respect as a recent winner.

Eighth of 10 in handicap at Lingfield (10f, AW, 10/1) 15 days ago, unsuited by way race developed. Has to be considered from current mark.

Verdict

A tricky contest but the marginal preference is for MASQUERADE BLING, who was only narrowly denied at Lingfield two starts ago. The daughter of Approve ran respectably at the same venue on her sole subsequent start and she appears to be on a workable mark. Courier is a player based on the pick of her form and Daisy Bere can also go well.

Verdict

There were enough positives to be gleaned from DOSE’s latest effort to suggest she’s back in some sort of form, and she earns the vote. Masquerade Bling should continue to run well, while Daisy Bere is down to a handy mark and shouldn’t be dismissed dropping into 0-75 company.

Verdict

Lazarus has run well in both starts since his sole appearance over hurdles to date and he should be in the mix once again today. That said, the nod goes to TED'S BROTHER, who was a nine-length winner over C&D last month and he was unfortunate to bump into an in-form mare last time out. Others to consider are Hard Toffee and Topmeup.

Verdict

TED'S BROTHER has just turned 10 but is in the best heart he's been in for some time in recent weeks, so he looks the one to be with. Lazarus returned to form at Kempton last time and is feared, with Topmeup another to consider with a good-value claimer booked.

Verdict

JACK BEAR was heavily supported in the betting when winning on stable debut at Wolverhampton and a 3lb rise is negated here by Adam McNamara's valuable claim. He can go in again, most likely at the expense of Nurse Nightingale, who is consistent on the all-weather over these marathon distances. The Resdev Way hasn't taken to hurdling and has another run on the all-weather here, while The Gay Cavalier looks suited by this step up in trip.

Verdict

JACK BEAR was right back to his best for his new yard when winning at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago and can strike again off just 3 lb higher. The Resdev Way returned to form when second at Newcastle and looks the danger.

Verdict

DYNAMO WALT was far from disgraced in much better company than this at Newcastle last time out and the return to a venue where he is a five-time winner looks to be a bonus for his chances. He is now 1lb below his last winning mark and looks dangerously drawn in stall two. Come On Dave is another trailblazer who shouldn't be far away after his win at Lingfield last time, while Union Rose is another who looks fairly treated.

Verdict

GEORGE DRYDEN offered something to work making his stable debut at Lingfield 8 days ago, and is interesting having been dropped 2 lb for that run. Bahamian Heights is doing little wrong at present, while Classic Pursuit is respected on the back of his third at Southwell last week.

Remains a maiden after 28 Flat runs. 20/1, respectable fourth of 9 in handicap at Lingfield (5f, AW) 11 days ago, unable to sustain effort.

Verdict

DREAM ALLY drops in class after a decent effort in fourth over this distance at Wolverhampton last time out and the eight-year-old looks suited by the return to Polytrack. He is just 1lb above his last winning mark now, and he could account for Fantasy Justifier, who didn't get a clear run when fourth at Kempton 11 days ago. Frank The Barber and Firesnake are both consistent at this level and look best of the remainder.

Verdict

FANTASY JUSTIFIER caught the eye at Kempton last time, nearest at the finish. He's on a good mark and can take advantage. Dream Ally and Frank The Barber also have claims.
