Scoop6 Friday 15th June 2018

The tote scoop6 is a fantastic pool bet which gives you the chance to win a fortune for a £2 stake.

The challenge is to select all 6 winners from 6 races during Saturday meetings.

If you meet this challenge you will win a share of the scoop6 win fund, which is frequently worth over £1 million, and you will also get the chance to play for the scoop6 bonus fund by picking the winner of a race the following Saturday.

Even if you fail to select all six winners you can win a share of the scoop6 place fund if your selections place in each of the 6 races. Even this lower prize has paid out over £1000 per winner 11 times in the last 12 months. All this for a £2 stake!

Relished the extra distance back over fences when off the mark at Newton Abbot and followed up with a narrow win at Uttoxeter. Remains unexposed and sure to make another bold bid.

Verdict

GOOD MAN VINNIE has been one to follow in recent weeks and can claim a hat-trick for Paul Henderson. Suited by drying ground, the seven-year-old is going the right way and can defy a further 8lb rise. Course winners Silver Man and Petrou deserve respect, the latter in particular for the in-form Dan Skelton. Ballyboker Breeze was a solid second on his reappearance at Southwell and is expected to build on that.

Verdict

GOOD MAN VINNIE had more in hand than the bare margin suggests at Uttoxeter last time and is sure to make a bold bid for the hat-trick after just 5 career starts over fences. Ballyboker Breeze shaped well after a lay-off at Southwell, while Petrou should be on the premises again.

Away from the mud and returned to his best when winning 9-runner handicap at Newton Abbot last month, digging deep. Should remain competitive up 3 lb.

Verdict

Cause Toujours looked much better when making a winning debut for Ian Williams after appearing in danger of becoming disappointing for his former yard, but this is a tougher race and he could prove vulnerable against MELODY OF SCOTLAND. Making his first start for Alan King, it is worth noting that Barry Geraghty comes over for the ride, and this well-related French import will be fancied to make a successful UK bow. Mick Thonic can chase them home for third.

Verdict

CAUSE TOUJOURS landed the odds with the minimum of fuss on last month's debut for Ian Williams, and considering he was sent off favourite for last year's Champion Bumper, there has to be a chance that this opening mark grossly underestimates him. Melody of Scotland represents powerful connections and is feared most, ahead of Parthenius, a former stablemate of the selection.

Verdict

HARRY BEAU bounced back to form with a good performance at Brighton to beat Nutini, who reopposes here, and he is more than capable of defying the 6lb penalty he received for that success. The aforementioned Nutini is respected meeting the selection on better terms than last time, while Kinglami has been in good heart recently and completes the shortlist.

Verdict

HARRY BEAU had 3 lengths to spare over the reopposing Nutini at Brighton last week and might be capable of defying a penalty back at the scene of his win last month. Kinglami is another who arrives in good form and also makes the shortlist.

Lurks on a very dangerous mark nowadays but it's been a while since he showed any real spark and others have less to prove.

Verdict

Indian Temple was in fine form when a runaway winner at Perth and has to be respected under a 7lb penalty. However, he has to concede plenty of weight, which gives FREE STONE HILL a chance to register a first chase victory having knocked on the door on his two most recent outings, and he remains on a mark lower than his best rating over hurdles. Pearls Legend is a consistent performer to note, with Champagne At Tara also considered following his Towcester third and with Barry Geraghty in the plate.

Verdict

THEFLYINGPORTRAIT won this from a higher mark last year and, following a couple of pipe-openers recently, he looks all set to put up another bold showing provided he doesn't get involved in a potential tussle for the lead. Pearls Legend and Indian Temple arrive on the back of career-best efforts and also warrant consideration.

Verdict

QUANTUM DOT made all when striking over C&D earlier in the month and is expected to remain competitive following a 7lb rise in the ratings. David's Beauty finished third behind the selection that day and could take closer order now re opposing on 8lb better terms. Others worthy of consideration are recent Bath third Jaganory, who is proven over track and trip, and Awesome Allan, who could step up on his last effort at Lingfield now eased in grade.

Verdict

SWENDAB has been quiet of late following a purple patch on the AW to end 2017, but he's back on a good mark and is fully effective over this C&D, so he gets the verdict. Quantum Dot and Awesome Allan are a couple of obvious threats.

Bumper winner who hasn't improved since switched to handicaps but she did prove her stamina for 3m when third at Perth in cheekpieces (retained) last month.

Verdict

The Skelton team are in flying form and their Worcester winner SAUVIGNON can follow up from a 7lb higher mark, having thrived up in trip last time. The hat-trick seeking Final Reminder has been in red-hot form since returning for a summer campaign and has to be respected, while Skewiff was only beaten a length by a useful rival at Ffos Las and is another for the shortlist.

Verdict

FINAL REMINDER is very much going the right way and can make light of a further 9 lb rise and complete a hat-trick. Sauvignon returned from a break with an improved effort to win at Worcester last month and is likely to figure again, while Drinks Interval perhaps found a third run in quick succession too much last time and can bounce back after a short break.
