Scoop6 Friday 20th July 2018

The tote scoop6 is a fantastic pool bet which gives you the chance to win a fortune for a £2 stake.

The challenge is to select all 6 winners from 6 races during Saturday meetings.

If you meet this challenge you will win a share of the scoop6 win fund, which is frequently worth over £1 million, and you will also get the chance to play for the scoop6 bonus fund by picking the winner of a race the following Saturday.

Even if you fail to select all six winners you can win a share of the scoop6 place fund if your selections place in each of the 6 races. Even this lower prize has paid out over £1000 per winner 11 times in the last 12 months. All this for a £2 stake!

Verdict

DOUBLE REFLECTION stayed on well to score over this trip at Leicester and would be a danger to all if allowed to dominate from the front again. Floria Tosca is worth a market check now moving into handicaps and is expected to show up well off an opening perch of 73. The pair that beat Gravina at Chepstow have registered four victories between them since, so Alan King's filly is another to consider.

Verdict

GRAVINA kept on well for third in a race that is working out on handicap debut at Chepstow last month, and with Ryan Moore an eye-catching booking, she looks the way to go. Floria Tosca is just the type to go on progressing, while Double Reflection bids to follow up her Leicester win.

Verdict

Poyle Vinnie is rated 5lb lower than when winning the 2015 renewal of this contest and has been running well in defeat of late, though narrow preference is for his stablemate, OWER FLY, who sauntered to a three-length victory over this trip at Pontefract last time and is 1lb ahead of the handicapper while turned out under a penalty. Mobsta is worth a market check now back from an 83-day break, while recent C&D winner The Great Wall is expected to hold his own now stepped up in grade.

Verdict

2015-winner POYLE VINNIE has been unfortunate not to get his head in front more often since, particularly recently for his new yard, clearly in top form to find only one too good in competitive affairs on his last 3 outings. He can gain a deserved success here. George Bowen has remained in good heart since his emphatic York success, so he's on the radar along with The Great Wall.

Remains a maiden after 16 NH runs. First run since leaving S. J. Mahon when pulled up in handicap hurdle at Tipperary (24f, good, 25/1) 15 days ago.

Verdict

About You was in good form before she was pulled up Limerick last time and needs to bounce back just 12 days after those exertions, while Brosna George could go well in first-time cheekpieces. Le Braye wasn't helped by a loose horse when third at Bellewstown recently, but this can go the way of top-weight I KEANO. Rachael Blackmore got on well with the five-year-old at Roscommon last time and he remains unexposed in this sphere.

Verdict

I KEANO is low mileage and took a step forward to get off the mark last time so, provided he keeps improving, he's a likely candidate to go in again up against a bunch of exposed sorts in the main. Le Braye arrives in good heart and will provide the main danger ahead of Brosna George.

Verdict

WOUNDED WARRIOR is taken to give weight and a beating to these rivals. The Shantou gelding was mightily impressive when making much of the running to land a 3m6f Punchestown Festival handicap last time and, although a 7lb rise will obviously make life tougher, he will prove difficult to peg back if arriving in the same mood. On the same card 83 days ago, Rogue Angel ran a blinder to finish second behind Heron Heights and he should give another good account on his first outing for Gordon Elliott, while Major Destination and Na Trachtalai Abu are others to keep an eye on.

Verdict

ROGUE ANGEL was never the most consistent for Mouse Morris but he ended his time with that yard with a solid second at Punchestown during the spring and, having joined a yard adept at freshening up such types, he could be worth chancing to prove his mark a lenient one. Timiyan, Fully Cry and Na Trachtalai Abu are a trio of others to consider.

Verdict

ZAFARANAH was thwarted by a nose over this trip at Doncaster last time and is 2lb ahead of the handicapper while turned out on her old rating. Her main danger may be Roger Varian representative Golden Slam, who landed a 6f novice race at Lingfield in 2016 and was returning from a subsequent absence when fifth at Chelmsford 71 days ago. Richard Hannon's grade-dropper Himself could also finish on the premises.

Verdict

GLENN COCO is leniently treated based on AW form and shaped as if capable of taking advantage when a smooth-travelling fifth over further at this course last time, so he could get back to winning ways over a more suitable trip for a stable that's bang in form. Zafaranah is respected on the back of her recent second and Golden Slam is the potential big improver in the field.

Fifth of 7 in handicap (10/1) at this course (8.3f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Needs to show the benefit of that run here to feature.

Verdict

QUOTELINE DIRECT has impressed the last twice at Pontefract and Micky Hammond's five-year-old should be capable of completing the hat-trick. Chikoko Trail has also won recently and could have more to come up in trip under a 6lb penalty, while Leicester second Take A Turn and Sandown third Scrutiny are others to keep an eye on.

Verdict

SPRAY THE SEA was essentially disappointing at York on his latest start, yet his reappearance/yard debut at Wolverhampton contained a fair degree of promise and he is worth another chance for his powerful stable. Fellow 3-y-o Chikoko Trail and the hat-trick seeking Quoteline Direct rate next best.
