Little impact on the Flat in 2016/17 but joined a good yard ahead of this switch to hurdling so worth a precautionary market check.

Verdict

STYLISH DANCER rattled the crossbar over 2m4f at Uttoxeter last time and is respected now cutting back in trip, as she had previously won a handicap over 2m1f at Cheltenham in April. Sue Be It battled on well to score by a neck at Towcester and is worth considering for the minor money, as is Passing Dream, who needs to leave behind her latest effort at Newton Abbot but makes more appeal on her maiden hurdle victory at Towcester.

Verdict

STYLISH DANCER is going the right way and this looks a good opportunity for her to notch a second win in this sphere. Passing Dream got rid of her rider early at Newton Abbot on Friday but had been successful at Towcester prior to that and may prove next best ahead of fellow recent Towcester scorer Sue Be It.

Fair on Flat (stays 1½m) for Karl Burke, winning 3 times at Catterick, but hard to derive much encouragement from recent Southwell hurdle bow.

Verdict

GRAGEELAGH GIRL looked on good terms with herself when landing a maiden hurdle at Newton Abbot earlier in the month and having been placed in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham in December, there is good reason to think there may be plenty more to come from her over timber yet. Tillythetank won impressively at Exeter last time and is considered the main danger ahead of recent Southwell fourth Fifty Peach Way.

Verdict

A good chance this will develop into a match between ecent winners GRAGEELAGH GIRL and Tillythetank. Both scored in convincing fashion and look sure to go on to better things, with the former narrowly preferred.

Verdict

I SEE YOU WELL kept on well at the finish when outpaced over the extended 2m5f at Fontwell last time and is expected to appreciate this step up in trip as he bids to overcome a 4lb rise in the ratings. Recent Exeter third Lip Service is expected to take closer order now granted this stiffer test, while Border Breaker commands the utmost respect on the back of his 12-length demolition job off 13lb lower at Cartmel last month.

Verdict

BORDER BREAKER had plenty in hand when winning on his second start for this yard at Cartmel last month and could be one to follow now back on track. I See You Well won in good style at Fontwell 2 weeks ago and is next best ahead of the veteran Fear Glic.

Fairly useful on Flat for Ed Dunlop. Improved effort over hurdles when second at Kempton last month and that Flat ability provides the scope for better now handicapping.

Verdict

PERUVIEN BLEU was no match for a well-handicapped rival in Leoncavallo when last seen at Ludlow but this looks an easier task and he can strike again for the first time since October. Novis Adventus had a fruitful campaign over timber last summer and is 5lb higher than his last win at Fontwell in August, while Blushing Red is of interest on his handicap debut having chased home Cause Toujours at Kempton last month.

Verdict

JABOTICABA made a fairly encouraging start in handicaps when third at Kempton last month and might be capable of building on that with his yard going well. Peruvian Bleu will be a threat if he can translate his Ludlow form to this venue, while Bertimont fared a bit better last time and his stable is in excellent form.

Runner-up on second of his 2 starts in points, but offered little over hurdles and similar story over fences. Off 13 months. 9 lb out of the handicap.

Verdict

ISLE ROAD seemed to enjoy more forceful tactics when turning a handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter into a procession when bolting up by 17 lengths and similar tactics off only 6lb higher could see another dominant display. Diplomatico has had a wind operation since his last start which could see significant improvement, while Little Allstar looks best of the remainder on his handicap debut.

Verdict

JUST A FEELING is thriving at present and looks the type to run up a sequence. Isle Road is respected back over fences after his easy win over hurdles, while Viva Rafa can get involved if brushing up his jumping.

Disappointing favourite on the level at the weekend but had been improving well in this sphere before that, winning at Wincanton. Could bounce back.

Verdict

Olly Murphy's YENSIR got off the mark at Fakenham last time and can follow up here at his handler's local track, where he often has success. Uttoxeter winner Mick Maestro failed on his follow up mission last time but has to be considered here having not been disgraced last time, while Hatcher was running with real credit when falling at Huntingdon earlier this month and is sure to be popular for the in-form Skelton team.

Verdict

YENSIR can go on improving in this sphere and can follow up his Fakenham win. Hatcher should be thereabouts if his jumping stands up. Let's Sway was disappointing on the level at the weekend but had previously been creating a good impression over hurdles.
