GREENGAGE never managed to get in a blow on her most recent start at Limerick but the Choisir filly might be worth another chance in the opening 1m 45-65 rated handicap at Killarney.
Having first indicated some ability when runner up at 100/1 in a juvenile maiden at Dundalk in November, John Murphy’s charge was showing her first worthwhile form since then when posting a couple of good efforts back-to-back at Leopardstown and Navan respectively in the spring.
Her trainer has a real affinity with today’s venue, so while the draw admittedly could have been kinder it would be no surprise to see Greengage bounce back to something like her best.
