WARRIOR OF LIGHT ATR Tracker
(Kempton, 6th May)
David Lanigan's yard is starting to hit its stride and Warrior Of Light pulled clear along with Godolphin's winning favourite Devilment in this 1m 3f handicap. The son of High Chaparral has had three runs, all at Kempton, and will be interesting when switched to turf over middle distances.

DOUBLE UP ATR Tracker
(Lingfield, 9th May)
The money came for Roger Varian's colt and, somewhat surprisingly, he was preferred in the market to impressive Windsor winner Stomp. Double Up's supporters knew their fate at the furlong pole as Stomp lengthened his stride but this was still a decent effort as the front two pulled nicely clear.

HAGREE ATR Tracker
(Ascot, 9th May)
Marco Botti's colt looked a bit one-paced in fifth behind solid winner Brazos in this seven-furlong Class 2 handicap and may benefit for a return to a mile. A seven-length winner at Wolverhampton back in April, Hagree may also enjoy a sounder surface.

SHOWPIECE ATR Tracker
(Haydock, 10th May)
A fast ground winner at Salisbury last year, Showpiece hasn't recaptured that sparkle on deeper surfaces on his last three starts. The rain came again here and Richard Hannon's colt hit a flat spot before sticking on bravely into a closing fourth behind Red Stargazer. Showpiece may well be a different proposition back on decent summer ground around a mile.

LIVE DANGEROUSLY ATR Tracker
(Musselburgh, 12th May)
Only modest but the type to pick up a handicap on the Scottish circuit for Keith Dalgleish. The four-year-old chased home Ralph's Boy in this miler and Live Dangerously was also just denied at Ayr in September over seven furlongs (soft). Versatile trip-wise and the Hamilton hill may bring out the best in him.

THE DUCKING STOOL ATR Tracker
(Doncaster, 12th May)
It must have been a shock to The Ducking Stool's system to find herself running away from her beloved Yarmouth in this extended 10-furlong handicap. It was also a nasty shock to her supporters when the mare's jockey elected to race on the unfavoured far rail (middle is where you wanted to be on the deep ground). The seven-year-old showed a willing attitude in floundering defeat and it would be no surprise to see The Ducking Stool pop up again on a return visit to her regular seaside haunt.
