She’s on target for the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf. Her last race at Ascot just didn’t pan out well for her. They ended up going slow in front and she was well of the pace, so she ran as well as she could in the circumstances. We always thought this race would suit her, as the faster ground and nature of the track should play to her strengths. With her you always hope that there is good pace in front of and she should be coming home strongly. It wouldn’t surprise me if she produced a season-best effort.

Rated 123, she has won four of her five starts this season including the Oaks at Epson, the Irish Oaks and the Yorkshire Oaks as well as finishing an excellent second in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.

Trainer says

She’s had a brilliant year, and we think the Breeders’ Cup Turf will suit her well. She’s a particularly good mover, so should enjoy the likely fast ground. She starts well and has good early pace to get forward if needed. She seems to have the right tools for this race. We were thrilled with her run in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. She has always been inclined to wait when she hits the front, which is why she has never tended to win too far. The way the race panned out meant that she got left in front a little earlier than Christophe would have wanted and she was just a bit unlucky that there was a very good horse stalking her that was able to have one crack at her late while she was waiting. She ran huge on the day and if she runs to that level again, she will set a high bar for the rest of them to come up to.

Rated 118, he won the Acomb Stakes at York as a juvenile and has run very well in defeat in the Prix Jean Prat at Deauville, Prix du Moulin at Longchamp and the Queen Elizabeth II at Ascot.

Trainer says

He’s being aimed at the Breeders’ Cup Mile. We’ve been very happy with his last two runs, and he seems to have come out of his most recent run at Ascot very well. We’ve obviously asked a lot of him this year in terms of running him over different trips, but we’ve worked him out and a mile is what he wants. He’s sharpening up and getting more professional all the time. He’s breaking well and has pace, so the demands of this race will hopefully be ok for him.

Rated 110, he has won one of his six starts and finishing good seconds in the Middle Park Stakes and the Cornwallis Stakes at Newmarket in his last two starts.

He’s a fast horse. We dropped him back to five furlongs in the Cornwallis Stakes to see if he’d cope with it and it seemed to suit him. He showed loads of speed. He’ll need to show all of that speed in this race as the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint is all about speed from the first stride, but we think he’ll cope with that.

He’s on target for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf. We’ve been very happy with him since the Dewhurst. For the last while we’ve had this race in mind for him as we felt it would play to his strengths. He has gradually stepped up in trip as the season has progressed and he looks ready to step up to a speed-focused mile now. We’ve been delighted with how he has progressed from start-to-start and we are hopeful that he can finish his season on a strong note in this.

He’s aiming at the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint. We were very happy with his win at Ascot. He’s a strong traveller with plenty of pace. He was beaten when we dropped him back to five furlongs in the Flying Childers, but I don’t think we saw the best of him that day. He’ll love fast ground and is learning with racing too, so I’d be hopeful that he’ll run well.

She’s in great form and is on track for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf. She looked a very, very good filly in the Fillies’ Mile. That was up another level from what she had done before, even when winning the Moyglare Stud Stakes. Fast ground will suit her well, she showed her stamina for a mile the last day, but also has plenty of pace at that trip. She just looks really good, and we hope she’ll show it to everyone again at Del Mar.

Trainer says

We are looking to send her to the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint. She’ll have had a slightly longer gap between runs than most of ours have had coming into this meeting and that can only help. She’s been in great order since winning the Cheveley Park. She has always looked to be all speed. She showed that when winning the Queen Mary and remember she was still a maiden at that stage. The runs she’s had since then have sharpened her up and she’s a professional lady now. She’ll need to be very sharp for this test, but we’ll looking forward to seeing how she copes with it.
