John Gosden is considering options at Ascot and York for his star stayer Stradivarius.
The son of Sea The Stars won the Queen’s Vase at Royal Ascot and the Goodwood Cup last summer before placing in the St Leger and the Qipco British Champions Long Distance Cup.
Gosden’s charge is nearing a comeback, with Ascot’s Sagaro Stakes on May 2 and the Yorkshire Cup on May 18 are the two starting points in the mix.
Gosden said: “I’m just going to talk to the owner about him. It is either the Sagaro Stakes or the Yorkshire Cup.
“It will be one or the other and we will make a decision over the weekend.”
