Connections of Lah Ti Dar are hopeful she will line up in the Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot.
John Gosden’s filly is unbeaten in two outings to date, including in impressive fashion in the Listed Pretty Polly Stakes at Newmarket.
That propelled her to the head of the betting for the Investec Oaks, but she was forced to miss the Epsom Classic due to an unsatisfactory blood test.
Simon Marsh, racing manager for her owner, Lord Lloyd-Webber, said: “We hope she’ll make Ascot.
“Obviously she had the setback and hopefully she’ll get there, but as yet I don’t think we know whether she will or not.
“People have talked about bad luck and the Oaks for her family, with what happened to The Fugue and So Mi Dar, but the way we see it is we are incredibly lucky to have these fillies in the first place.
“Lah Ti Dar is big and scopey and when she gets older she’ll probably be better – she should make into a lovely four-year-old.”
