Worth Waiting is set to make her seasonal reappearance in the Charm Spirit Dahlia Stakes at Newmarket.
The daughter of Bated Breath enjoyed a fantastic campaign in 2018 – winning a Redcar maiden, a Windsor handicap, a Listed event at Newmarket and a Group Three in France from just six starts.
She rounded off her campaign by finishing fourth in the Group One Prix Vermeille and trainer David Lanigan is hopeful his stable star will make her mark at the highest level this term.
Lanigan said: “She’s coming along nicely and the plan is to run her in the Dahlia Stakes, all being well.
“She’s done very well over the winter and filled out her frame. She looks well and we’re looking forward to getting her started.
“She had a very good season last year and hopefully she can do the same again.”
