Tuesday’s meeting at Lingfield has been called off due to a frozen track.
Clerk of the course George Hill inspected the course at 8am but found conditions to be unraceable after temperatures dropped well below freezing overnight.
He tweeted: “Temperatures dropped to -6C overnight, currently -3C, max forecast is 4C with not sufficient time for the frost to get out of the ground before race time.”
Officials at Down Royal also inspected on Tuesday morning, but they were able to give the go-ahead for the scheduled National Hunt card.
Wednesday’s jumps fixtures at Leicester and Plumpton will also have to pass precautionary morning checks due to the forecast cold weather.
Leicester will inspect at 8am with Plumpton checking at 7.30am.
