Verdict

FUN FUN FUN, a Grade 3 winner over fences at Limerick last March, sets a lofty standard and is hard to oppose given the obvious disparity between her official rating and the fact that she only concedes 4lb to her two rivals. Blue Las got off the mark over fences in a match race at Doncaster and looks ready for another crack at this level. She appeals more than Della Casa Lunga, who is unexposed in this sphere but needs to jump with more fluency than she did at Carlisle.

Expert View Verdict

This should go to FUN FUN FUN, who admittedly hasn't been at her best this season but the first run was over hurdles and the most recent run came on good ground. She's best suited by a deep surface and should get back on track here. Blue Las is the most likely danger, being fine on this sort of ground and coming into the race off a nice win at Doncaster. Della Casa Lunga should come on for her chase debut effort at Carlisle but still has plenty to find to give the favourite a race.
