Verdict
This is likely to prove a match between RATHKENNY and Harbour Island, with preference for the former after getting off the mark at the second time of asking over timber at Doncaster last month. Neil Mulholland's bumper winner relished the step up in distance that day and can take another step forward to strike. Although Harbour Island won't make it easy judged on his Taunton success, he's the clear threat ahead of Soldier For Glory.
Expert View Verdict
This looks a tight one to call between HARBOUR ISLAND and Rathkenny with there being only a marginal preference for Olly Murphy's gelding, who was getting off the mark over hurdles at Taunton last time. He'd looked potentially smart in bumpers and may have a bit too much pace for Rathkenny, who is a fine prospect himself, albeit one who's more of a chaser. Soldier For Glory is respected on this rules debut, having been in the process of running well on his point debut when parting ways with his rider three out.
