GRAN WILDROCKY produced a pleasing comeback run when third last month and could get off the mark at the fourth attempt. Native Courage was ahead of the selection in second last time but isn't sure to confirm that form here. Chasing Anna and the once-raced Weave It Quixote could also make their presence felt.

Verdict

Sleeping Giant has won two of his last three and is likely to be thereabouts at the finish. However, there was a lot to like about the way THAT'S HISTORY justified favouritism last time and Kevin Patterson's six-year-old shades the verdict here. Jaxbradenrishi and Equus Novus both made the podium last time and are others to note.
