CARRY ON will have gone into plenty of notebooks after staying on well for third at Churchill Downs on debut and could well build on that promising first effort. Link In Front has claims on her best form, while Abuela Cori is interesting down in class.

Verdict

Trooper Thorn is a hugely consistent sort who is likely to give his running again, while Bold Proposition should be better here than on turf last time. EPIC WEST gets the vote, though, as he won a maiden here in fine style two starts ago and drops markedly in class after flopping last time.

Verdict

CAPTAIN MACHEN hasn't been seen for a while but the form he showed at Charles Town when last seen reads well, while he won his maiden with ease at this track. The class-dropping Jovial John is the likeliest beneficiary if the selection fails to fire, though Redmark is capable of better than he showed on a muddy track last time.
