Trainer says

He had a very small tendon injury and we are getting him back now. I really like him. I think he will be really nice horse to follow for the backend of the season in soft ground. I think he is a Listed horse. He will run over the mile and a half.

Form profile

Mainly ran in the provinces last season and was stepped up to Listed company at the end of the season. She finished second in the Prix Solitude, where stable companion Palmyre finished fourth. This season, she has run twice in Listed company over 1m2½f and 1½m without success.

Trainer says

She needs some cut in the ground. I thought she ran well in the Prix Zarkava where she finished fifth. Last time she came out of the stalls and I think she jarred herself or something. She seems well now and I suspect she’ll run in three or four weeks time again.

Very consistent performer over 1¼m. Runner-up in the Grade 1 E P Taylor Stakes at Woodbine last year, she also beat Robin Of Navan in the Group 3 La Coupe de Maisons-Laffitte last season.

Trainer says

She is going to run in the Prix Corrida. Her main aim will be the Prix Jean Romanet and maybe the Prix de l’Opera. She has really improved. I think we haven’t seen the best of her yet. Like most Doctor Dinos she will improve with age. Physically she has really filled out. She is just a really nice filly who is going to keep on improving. Maybe we will find her a race in England between the Corrida and the Romanet. She will be at her best in the autumn. She was unlucky in the Romanet last year and I think she can win a race like that. She will like some give in the ground.

Trainer says

She ran quite well the other day on her seasonal reappearance. She was fifth but she was quite unlucky. Her main objective is the Prix Urban Sea, which is a Listed race and I think she will be very competitive. She is Listed placed and we would really like her to win a Listed race or be Group placed.

She has improved from last year. She was second in a Listed and I am hoping to win one with her this year. She won on her seasonal reappearance and then she ran in the Prix Gold River, a Listed over 1m 6f. She finished fifth but she wasn’t even beaten a length by the winner. They all finished in a heap. She was unlucky, she got stuck on the rail. She needs good ground and ideally, I would like to run her in the Prix Pomone but we shall see who runs in that one. I do think she will win a Listed race this year.

Made her debut in Germany for trainer Andreas Suborics. Third in the Group 1 Preis der Diana at Düsseldorf and tried in several Group 2 and 3 races, she was actually still a maiden when she was transferred to France to Henri-François Devin’s stable in Chantilly.

Trainer says

She came to us from Germany. She was still a maiden and that is why we ran her at Fontainebleau. She won on her first start for us, but I am not sure about her. She has a fabulous pedigree, but she is not very consistent. We ran her in the Prix Zarkava where she ran for 600 metres and then nothing. I think she is going to be a bit of a challenge.

A half-sister to The Fugue, she is owned by Al Shaqab Racing. She won her maiden on her seasonal reappearance this year and was then stepped up to Listed company in the nine-furlong Prix Finlande where she finished third.

Trainer says

She is going to run in another Listed race next at ParisLongchamp. She doesn’t show a lot in the morning, but she does run well. She is a winner and I’m delighted that she already has black type. If she could now win a Listed that would be fabulous. It would be a bonus. She probably prefers soft ground.

A runner-up on her debut, she then finished fifth in a maiden at Chateaubriant over ten furlongs.

Trainer says

She really improved from two to three. She was second first time out, which was quite a good maiden. There were 18 runners. She wouldn’t get more than 1¼m. I actually think she would prefer nine furlongs. I wouldn’t want to run her on heavy ground. Last time she was a bit disappointing. She seemed to lose her balance in the final stages.

Won his maiden from the Pascal Bary-trained Mandaar on his third attempt at Chantilly. Holds an entry in the Prix du Jockey Club.

Trainer says

He won quite comfortably last time. There were nearly five lengths between him and the third horse, so he is clearly good. And the horse that was second is a good, too. He is a horse that will improve and is definitely going to get black type. I think he is a nice type.

A winner on her debut, she finished fourth in the Listed Prix de l’Avre at ParisLongchamp over 1½m.

Trainer says

She was quite average last year, but she has done really well over the winter. It’s typical of her family. She is a nice filly and I was very confident with her when she ran at Maisons-Laffitte, but the horses in the race were really an average bunch. It was an average race. She did though something nice at Maisons-Laffitte though. She then ran in ground that was too soft and was also a bit unlucky. She will run in the Group 3 Prix de Royaumont on the day of the Prix du Jockey Club.

She is a sister to Nonza and she is a nice filly. The last time she ran she was in season. So, she is running again now on the 17th at Chantilly in a Class 1 race, the Prix Chapelle-Serval.
