Trainer says

She ran a lovely race at Windsor when she was third and probably didn’t have the dream start over fences. She ran well at Chepstow first time and then made a couple of mistakes at Aintree but is getting her confidence back now. She has come out of her Windsor race well and hopefully we can aim her for Cheltenham in April. I think we will run her before then but that looks a nice target for a £60,000 race over two and a half miles.

He won over the Christmas period last year and ran very well at Punchestown in the Spring. He likes good ground and is probably at the wrong end of the weights at the minute. He won a Pertemps Qualifier a few years ago and we might go back over hurdles for one or two runs before maybe going back over fences.

He was a good novice last year and won a Grade 2 at Sandown and was placed in the Challow. He was always going to be a chaser this year but he came back a bit sick after his chase debut and we are probably going to go back over hurdles for the rest of the season and keep him a novice over fences for next season. He might run in a Pertemps Qualifier at Exeter in a couple of weeks.

He has had a couple of near misses on the Flat and won his novice hurdle at Kempton last year. He was largely disappointing over hurdles after that but has run some solid race on the All-Weather recently and hopefully has his mojo back. We will go back over hurdles with him.

He definitely appreciates a cut in the ground and he was given a lovely ride by Ben Macey to win at Wetherby last week. He just keeps on galloping and everything went his way and, hopefully, we can find a bit more soft ground for him and go from there.

He made a really good start to the season in the Welsh National Trial and ran a lovely race in the Welsh National as well. He would have probably appreciated softer ground. We will aim to go for the Dick Hunt at Wincanton and then the Midlands National.

Trainer says

He has been unlucky and has taken a tumble a couple of times when going well. He has plenty of ability and has been unlucky not to have won so far. He likes good ground so he can make hay in the Spring before going over fences.

Trainer says

He was progressive a couple of years ago and has half lost his way a bit recently. He has been a bit more comfortable over hurdles and we will probably run him at Sandown over two and a half miles in a couple weeks’ time. It was a race he won two years ago and we might know a bit more after that.

Trainer says

He probably didn’t like the ground at Huntingdon and it was fairly hard work. He was a bit of a poster boy for us winning a valuable race at Worcester in September and was hit hard in the weights. He is badly handicapped but he might go over fences in a couple of runs and that might eke out a bit of improvement.

Trainer says

He did well last season and has won one race at Aintree this time when the race was a bit of a farce and the fences were taken out in the straight. He is probably going to go for the Masters Chase at Sandown next week and then, hopefully, we will know a bit more. He looks one for those staying races and he is better on soft ground.

He is a lovely horse who we bought as a two-year-old out in France. He obviously ran first time out in the Listed bumper at Cheltenham and we would have liked to run him before then but the horses were going through a bit of a slow patch at that time and we weren’t able to run him. We were very happy with the way he went through his race and he would have learnt an awful lot. Hopefully, he is one we can work back from Punchestown with.

He ran a lovely race at Wetherby last week and softer ground probably made it more difficult for him but it was nice to see him put two nice runs together after winning there on Boxing Day. Hopefully, on slightly better ground he can find more success.

He ran at Windsor over Winter Million weekend and ran a lovely race after a long time off. He is a nice horse who stays well and likes a bit of cut in the ground. Based on his point–to-point form he will be a nice horse over fences in time.

He has improved for going over fences. He was struggling to find his trip over hurdles but he has shown a lot more respect for going over a fences and two miles suits him well. His form has been consistent and he was due a nice win which he got at Windsor. Something like the Grand Annual might suit him.

He ran well the last day and we were very happy with him winning over the Christmas period. He probably needs things to go right for him but he is good when he’s good.

It was great to see him get his head in front at Leicester last week. He definitely handles a bit of a cut in the ground and we might step him up in trip. He just seems to keep galloping and is now qualified for a £40,000 Final at Warwick so we might look at that.

He always threatened to be a very good horse and ran well at Ascot but was disappointing in the Peter Marsh at Haydock. Hopefully, with a few runs under his belt now he can have a competitive Spring. He might go back to Cheltenham for one of the races.

We are happy with him and he might be better over slightly further than the two miles he ran over at Wetherby last week. He will be a nice chaser next year.

He won over two miles five over hurdles at Exeter last year on quick ground but we started him over two miles over fences this year and it hasn’t done him any harm. We will probably stick to that trip for now but he will get further. He was impressive at Windsor and was gutsy at Haydock and is improving nicely.

He deserves to win a nice race and the ground was a bit too lively for him in the Welsh National. He still ran well but he would have been quite a bit closer if the ground was what it usually is in a typical year. He has two options - the National Trial at Haydock or there is a Veterans’ race at Exeter the week before. He could be a horse for the Scottish National or something like that.

He is a lovely horse who won his Irish point-to-point nicely. He will start off in novice hurdles but is a really big stamp of a horse who will make a lovely chaser in time.

He was a decent hurdler and won two novices and he has been disappointing largely up to now over fences. He did win at Carlisle last year and does want better ground. Hopefully, in the Spring he can make his mark again.

He shows more on the track than he does at home and has been quietly progressive. He won well at Catterick and then ran well with a penalty. I think he will improve up in trip and we don’t know where his ceiling is yet.

She is a nice mare who finished second to one of Dan Skelton’s the first day and then she won at Lingfield. She might run at Wincanton and qualify her for the Mares’ EBF Final at Newbury.

She was second on very sticky ground at Leicester the first day and then handled wetter sloppier ground at Fontwell. It was a good run and she is a mare we like and, hopefully, she can win her maiden next time. After that we will what there is for her in the Spring.

127-rated chaser. Winner of a Listed handicap chase at Punchestown (2m 1/2f) in May when beating Don’t Go Yet two and a quarter lengths. Finished ninth, beaten 52 lengths, to Teddy Blue on his reappearance in a Grade 3 Handicap Chase at Ascot in November off a mark of 137.

Trainer says

He did well last Spring and won a £50,000 Handicap Chase at Doncaster then won at the Punchestown Festival. He is not always the most consistent but when things fall right for him on the day he can be effective over two miles on better ground. He was disappointing first time out but it was when the horses weren’t quite right. We will look for a Spring campaign for him. Life is more difficult now he is higher in the weights but he should still be able to show himself up.

Trainer says

He is probably been unlucky not to win up to now and he has been very consistent and busy in the early part of the season. We are just giving him time to recover and he will be out in the Spring. He deserves to get his head in front.

Trainer says

He has always been a fair horse and is lightly raced. He won a nice race at Aintree Boxing Day last year and won a good race at Sandown. He likes heavy ground and we will probably go back to that race at Sandown next week. He hasn’t run this year so he doesn’t have the advantage of a run under his belt but he acts around the track and on the ground so we will start him off there.

She won a bumper for us last year before being highly tried after that. She was second at Chepstow on her first day over hurdles in a mares’ maiden. She should be capable of winning a maiden in the Spring on better ground.

He hasn’t run this season but did well last year winning three novices. He ended up winning a Grade 2 at Haydock and the ground was very hard work at Aintree on Boxing Day when he ran in the Formby. He didn’t turn up at Kelso and we were going to go over fences but it is a little late in the season now so we might just stick over hurdles before going over fences in the Autumn.

He was narrowly beaten at Catterick the other day on the back of a good win at Windsor. It has taken awhile for everything to go right for him and he is going in the right direction.

She was second in a Listed race at Newbury last year and she’s not a bad filly at all. She won first time at Haydock and was a little bit below par next time at Newbury but picked up a small setback. Hopefully, she should be back in the Spring time.

He has good form and was third behind Handstands and Resplendent Grey in the Grade 2 Esher Novices’ Chase last year. He had a bad fall at Ffos Las after and wasn’t quite the same horse after but we were happy with his comeback run at Windsor. Hopefully, he should be able to make his mark in staying handicap chases now.

He is a lovely horse we bought in the May Horses-In-Training Sales after winning a bumper at Haydock. He wasn’t quite right when he came back from Newcastle but he travelled through the race well and will definitely come on for the experience and will get further in time. Hopefully, he will be one that will progress nicely.

He probably put in his best display off jumping when run at Catterick which was great to see. He got into a nice rhythm and backed that up with a nice run when second at Hereford over fences. Hopefully, we can have a bit of fun with him over the larger obstacles.

He didn’t finish out of the first three last year and was very competitive in his novices. He won at the Aintree Festival and ran well at Punchestown. He ran well on his comeback and we think he should improve for that run. We might drop him back to two miles and go for the Betfair Hurdle. We will see where we go with him after that but he will go chasing next year.

He is another who did well in novices’ last year and had some good form behind him. He won well in a competitive handicap and then ran well at Kempton the other day. We might look at something like the Imperial Cup for him with a run in between.

Unable to confirm the placing when beaten two and three quarter lengths by Hot Fuss in a similar event at Windsor (2m) this month off a mark of 142.

Trainer says

He has good form all the way through his career and won his bumper at Catterick well and was then second behind Wendigo in another bumper there. He won his novices and won up at Ayr at the Scottish National meeting and was very close at Punchestown in a Listed Hurdle. We pinpointed the Ladbroke and thought that was a race he could win and it all worked out well. He had topweight at Windsor next time and the ground may not have suited him but he ran another very good race against the winner Hot Fuss who had a weight pull from Ascot. He is notching up in the weights now and we might look at something like the Kingwell Hurdle for him at Wincanton and see where we are against that class of horse. If not, we will probably go back into handicaps like the County Hurdle and he might be one for the Galway Hurdle later in the year.

He is a horse we bought in the October Horses-In-Training Sale in Newmarket and he won his last two on the Flat. He seems to be schooling very well and has a lovely attitude. He is one we look forward to over obstacles and still has dual purpose possibilities moving forward.

He is owned by the Megson’s and had a very good season and was very consistent. He won at Cheltenham early in the season and was a very good second in the Imperial Cup. It didn’t quite go to plan the last day in the Lanzarote but we definitely think there are some nice performances in him.
