Paul Nicholls needs just one winner to hit a half-century at the Cheltenham Festival and while he has a limited number going to the big meeting in 2025, you can be assured that those contenders head to Prestbury Park with a lively chance.
The Ditcheat trainer believes his best chance of a winner could be in the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle with the two-pronged challenge of Jubilee Alpha and Just A Rose but there are plenty of challengers in the handicaps too.
Nicholls has a particularly strong challenge in the Grand National with Coral Cup winner Kandoo Kid looking the pick of his five and he also looks to Pic D’Orhy and Rubaud to lead an even stronger squad at Aintree in April.
Paul kindly talked to Tony Elves of attheraces.com about his top horses at Manor Farm Stables.
