MY PAL TORRES sets a fair overall form standard and, after a promising third here last month following a break, is fancied to claim a first win since November. Madiba is often thereabouts at this sort of level, while Dixie Beat adds further depth to a competitive contest.
TAPIT ON RACE DAY has plenty of mileage compared to some of these, but his form is strong and he won't get a better chance than this to score. Sailing Jett and Going Japanese look most likely to take advantage should the selection come up short.
Liam Skye and Outlaw X. have been knocking on the door and could be thereabouts, though preference is for MANGELSEN, who showed a good attitude when winning here last time and could feasibly follow up. Silver King looks best of the rest.
SHE'S GONE D'WILD is improving between runs and makes plenty of appeal on her course second last time, an effort which sets the standard tonight. Customs Bella Ella and American Mom can fight it out for the places.
Quality Production makes some appeal on his C&D second last time but, for win purposes, WHAT POWER could be the one to be on now eased in grade. The pick of the remainder may be Over Funded.
PRIORITIZING made the podium on debut last month and Lee Thomas' three-year-old looks to have all the qualities required to better that effort and open her account here. The consistent Half Heroine is respected, while I'm All Mixed Up could find this easier than her earlier assignments.
COMMANDER SCOTT has looked a useful performer and could build on his recent course victory having got off the mark at the second attempt last month. Slither went close last time and is considered, with consistent trio Heza Priority, Reach The Circle and Alan's Argument also noted.
NOCOMET was only beaten a neck when back at his best last time and won't need to find much improvement to get on the scoresheet here. Hughes Dont Lose was an encouraging fourth recently and is heading in the right direction, while Runciman and Don't Look complete the shortlist.
MR LEO is more exposed than most in this field, but he shaped nicely when third last time out and would take some beating if replicating that level of performance. Last Appeal can prove next best, while the once-raced Easy To Miss displayed potential on debut and is worth noting.
