BLUE ZENITH is improving with experience, chasing home Hobson over C&D last month on his third start. Stan Moore's filly is preferred to Ronsai, who was very disappointing when favourite over a longer trip here last time. Heaven is interesting, however, though her latest effort over 6f here suggests she might want further than this.

HYPER VIPER has been crying out for this step up to a mile and can reverse July's Wolverhampton running with Palm Court on slightly better terms. Midnight Blews is making steady progress and could pick up a small race somewhere, while Feasible hasn't been overburdened in his first handicap and should be thereabouts.

Though still a maiden, BRIERY BLAZE has shown improved form of late and could be good enough to get off the mark in this grade for the first time. Meadfoot has been thereabouts in claimers lately and can't be discounted, but Valeesha appears to have lost her way since finishing third at Leicester in June while The Jailer's placed form has come in very modest company.

Oystermouth was just beaten on her debut here in May and may have needed the run when fifth at Kempton on her only subsequent start. She looks the main danger to WINNING SHOW, who has been running a lot better than his form figures suggest in better company than this. O Forlunda should improve on her debut third at Yarmouth and may be best of the rest.

Most of these are struggling to get their heads in front but connections will be eager for the well-bred Thinking Positive to win a race. Stablemate Indigo Rose is going the right way, but the selection is the four-year-old ADORABELLA who has caught the eye on both starts here and represents a stable with an excellent strike rate on the Flat.

Ryan Moore steered Pic Up Sticks to an overdue victory last week but he looks opposable here under a penalty and preference is for DESPERATE DAN. It was a poor race he won at Wolverhampton but he's on a very attractive mark at present and this race could be set up for him if, as expected, Willhewiz and One Way Ticket blaze a trail up front.

PRINCE ZAFONIC has only gone up a pound for finishing second at Sandown and can finally get off the mark against modest opposition. Mexican Bob has finished second over hurdles since chasing home Sforzando at Haydock and looks the main danger with only Lord Oroko having shown much promise among the others.
