Trainer Mark Johnston, fresh from another successful Royal Ascot, can land this modest maiden with ROCK OF LOVE. He has shown plenty of pace in all his races so far and the step up in trip today should suit this son of Rock Of Gibraltar. Going French has also run with credit in three races and will give the selection plenty to think about, while Scilly Breeze was a close second over this distance on soft ground at Yarmouth when favourite last time and any rain will aid his chances.

ISLAND CHIEF broke his duck at Musselburgh two runs ago and would have gone much closer last time but for being carried wide on the turn into the straight on the same course. Kevin Ryan's colt has shown much better form going right handed and is likely to go well here. El Dececy has more than paid his way with four wins this term and will make a bold bid to shrug off top weight and Summer Dancer is fresh as paint after scoring at Musselburgh on Friday and is sure to go well despite a penalty.

EVERYMAN is a strong fancy to land this race for the second year running. Kevin Ryan's entire has been running very well in good company all season and certainly deserves to get his head in front for the sixth time in his career. Bryan Smart always does well with his sprinters and Aegean Dancer is poised for a bold show after a close-up second over C&D in mid-April. Fol Hollow likes this course and is trained by 'sprint king' David Nicholls.

Sir Michael Stoute and Richard Hills both enjoyed glory at Royal Ascot but this is the other end of the spectrum as they team up with AQWAAS. Her second of 15 in a maiden at Goodwood is head and shoulders above her rivals form and she is likely to start at a very short price. Helieorbea ran respectably on his debut over C&D and looks the danger, while Carragold has twice been outpaced over 6f at Ripon and is crying out for this longer distance.

Star apprentice Jamie Kyne can hopefully round off a good day's work with a victory aboard ASK JENNY. The mare has not won for some time but often finishes in the frame and deserves to get her head in front. Bright Falcon did well to beat a big field at Ripon recently and has a decent draw to try and defy the 6lb penalty. Unbelievable Jeff ran a blinder when failing by a neck to catch Dancing Wave at Redcar and has a terrific draw to ensure another bold showing.
