She was a creditable 2nd at Dieppe over 1400m on the 24th of last month and could prove hard to beat. FAME (3) has placed in all nine starts thus far and caught the eye particularly in the last run when 2nd at Saint-Cloud. She will be a winner soon, if not today. CALA ROSSA (4) has shown plenty progression form the debut run and can be given serious each way claims. TIME GOES ON (1) can improve on the last run when in much stronger Listed company. A must for the shortlist.

CITY TOWN (5) was victorious over 1800m in a competitive Handicap at Compiegne on the 9th of this month and it would be absolutely no shock at all if she were to follow up. She is tipped to do so. MERANO (1) scored his third career victory at his last run when racing over 2000m at Compiegne and can provide plenty cheek all the way home. Strong each way chance. CHIBITTY (2) caught the eye last time when 3rd at Compiegne over 1600m and can finish in the first three again. Huge place claims. PROSECUTOR (7) is a must for all bets especially the quartet.

STORMYGO (1) , SENZA TE (11) and SNOW GHOST (3) are no strangers to each other when meeting at their last start over the course and distance but STORMYGO (1) did have the upper hand when winning the race and looks like he can follow up. SENZA TE (11) is better off at the weights this time around and can finish much closer here. SNOW GHOST (3) was a sweet second in the race and can catch the top two selectors if they not caught asleep and deserves serious consideration. MASTER PAT (4) has a place chance at best.

COMMEAUX (3) has been a bit erratic of late but meets a field where he can bounce back to earlier sparkling form and improve on his current efforts. GO WITH ROSES (7) wraps up the mix.

RAKAN (4) can be forgiven for his below par efforts of late and the team would have done their homework into executing a plan that will make him fight out the finish. YUKAI (2) ran a cracking third in her penultimate start and if she brings that run into this race, she will certainly pose as a mighty contender. SCULPTURALE (3) looks to be filled with confidence after her smashing second in her last start and might be building stronger emotion to go one more in this field. ROYAL ENCLOSURE (10) is definitely no slouch and can be the right candidate to spoil the party.

PURPLE MOOD (2) was a strong contender when running a cracking third over the track and trip and has the urge to make it a winning mood in this contest. READY KING (7) may be out of form of late but he does have the knowledge on how to win races and should not be discounted. SIJOUX (4) produced an eye-catching victory over the course and distance last time out and looks to be the lively vixen of the pack that can disrupt the winning podium. ADLAN SENORA (12) deserves a mention and can be involved in the thereabouts.

PRINCESSE SAPHIR (6) produced a blinder of a second over the distance in her last start and is confidently chosen to go one better as the horse to beat. DAMINO (10) is capable of making the top choice work hard for success. He has the form to back him up positively. Supplemented SPEED FOR FUN (4) was a firm winner over the course and distance in his penultimate run and may have been entered into the right race for him to taste victory again. DAMIEN (3) is another contender worth considering for the quartet calculations.
