Gordon Elliott enjoyed an excellent Cheltenham Festival but little fish are sweet too and KASHMIRI SUNSET is taken to atone for a recent odds-on defeat last time at the hands of a stable companion. A sound stayer on the level, he is preferred to the likes of Lofgren, Runyon Rattler and Dontbackme, all of whom have performed consistently enough in similar company. They are preferred in that order with the Enda Bolger inmate looking the likeliest threat. Singing Banjo landed a point-to-point in February and now makes his hurdling debut for the Philip Rothwell team.

MODEM has been mixing the two codes in the last 12 months but his last run over timber came when third to Identity Thief in Grade 2 company at Down Royal. He's the one to beat, although De Plotting Shed is a really interesting contender upped in grade after riding an upward curve since landing a Fairyhouse bumper in November. Viconte Du Noyer reverts from chasing and is just preferred for the minor placing over Archive, who will nevertheless find this easier than the competitive hurdle he contested last time behind Henry Higgins.

Sounds Of Thunder reverts to hurdling after falling the last twice over fences but BLACK ICE makes greater appeal after running a strong second to Stolberg last time at Limerick. He's been raised an acceptable 2lb for that performance and would be a confident choice were it not for his inclination to throw in some inexplicably bad runs at times. Hopefully he'll be on a going day. A market move for Urtheoneiwant would need to be taken seriously on just his second start for the Gordon Elliott team.

An excellent renewal and a chance for young and up-and-coming chaser TULSA JACK to make amends for his latest outing back in November when pulling up in the Troytown Chase at Navan. That simply cannot have been his form as he had previously taken to chasing with some elan. He likes the good ground and is effective at this extended trip. Unic De Bersy, Nickname Exit and Definite Ruby comprise a strong team for Gordon Elliott but the form of Topper Thornton's latest win over Kilford has been pleasingly boosted and he rates the main danger.

SUZY'S MUSIC was a cosy winner at Wetherby on her penultimate start and ran well last time when runner-up at Kelso. She inhabits a decent mark, looks a mare on the upgrade and this looks her optimum trip. Waltz Legend ran a cracker last time at Navan in a competitive chase and a similar run would see her right in the mix. Gordon Elliott has taken on Le Grand Chene at a late time in his career and the market could be the best indication of his chance here.

This will depend on which take most effectively to racing under Rules with QUIET ACCOUNT taken to oblige. Still open to improvement at the age of eight, he has proved an ultra-consistent sort between the flags and can hopefully maintain his progression here. He's also the only one that has gone well under Rules before, notably when an excellent second on his penultimate start at Punchestown. Maple Mons looks a likely improver too and rates the danger on the back of a series of fine runs in the pointing arena, while Chosen Dream and Sixteen Again are also respected.

This looks a shoot-out between the Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott juggernauts. Preference is for MOONMAN who ran a fine race in what looked a decent Musselburgh bumper, going down by just a length to the useful Atomix. He should progress again for that bumper debut and just gets the nod over Master Of Verse. The latter was a little low-key last time but the overall level of his form makes him the most potent of threats in what appears a match. Mr Antolini is next best.
