Verdict

ERROLS LEGACY lost her way in her last two starts in KwaZulu-Natal but a change of trainer could spark improvement and she will be the one to beat if finding her best form. Trainer Alan Greeff has his runners in top form and he sends out a couple of newcomers. TIBETAN TEMPTRESS has Richard Fourie in the irons and could be the stable elect. Stablemate SI GIOCA is a Danon Platina filly. QUIRK OF FATE did not run too badly on debut and should make significant improvement. Watch the betting on the other newcomers as well.

Verdict

AADEHYA had winners just ahead of him and behind him when third in a feature race on debut. That form has not really held up, but he should be the one to beat. He did disappoint on the Polytrack last time but returns to the turf and should fight out the finish. ARTURO showed promise when runner-up on his Polytrack debut. He tries the turf this time but should be right there at the finish. SINGLE FILE seems better than his last run on the Polytrack and is not out of it. Stable companion SEETHEBADGE has a place chance.

Verdict

WOODLAND RIDGE has not been disgraced in his two local runs and was pulled out of his intended run last week when they switched to the Polytrack. This is a weak field and he looks the right one. HOLLYWOOD STAR battled in KwaZulu-Natal without much success but can improve with trainer Gavin Smith. THIS TIME ROUND has some fair recent form and can get involved in the finish. WESTERN JACK and HAMLET have place chances. FLY BETTER is probably better on turf so could contest the finish.

A competitive-looking race. KOMESANS PASSION has been disappointing since her first two runs but joins trainer Gavin Smith and would not be a surprise winner on local debut. Trainer Alan Greeff should have a good afternoon and his juvenile filly, THREE ROCKS, could be well above her current rating. She ran well on debut and followed up with an impressive win. She may in time be better over further but it would not be a surprise is she proved too good for these rivals. KILMONIVAIG is improving and coming off an easy win so deserves respect. Verdict

A small field but some decent runners. CHERRY ANO has not done much wrong so far and could prove up to this task. Jockey S'manga Khumalo knows how to get the best out of this colt and he can dominate them. PEACE IN OUR WORLD has not won for some time but will be doing his best work at the finish. BLONDE ACT has been in very good form all year and will be a threat. MEDLERS TART has been a revelation in the Eastern Cape and we should see how good she really is against these runners.

Verdict

Two tough races to end the card and we need to go wide in both of them. SLINGS AND ARROWS did not show his best form on the Polytrack last time out and can bounce back and score.
