JOHNNY B JAK finished a good third when last sighted here in similar company and he won't have to improve a great deal to land the spoils. Transito and Commodus can also make the frame.

SUSPICIOUS U has finished second and third in similar races over C&D the last twice and rates the one they've got to beat in his current mood. Toccet's Image and Wabash River make most appeal of the remainder.
A few in with chances here but a decent case can be made for the consistent JOYCE'S CHOICE and she is preferred to Wink And Fly and Ty Wonder.
My Hometown Boy has been knocking on the door of late and should run well again but slight preference is for for recent track and trip runner-up RISK ON. A. M. Mayhem rates best of the rest.
JOHNNY'S GALAXY had Crea's Law (second), Artist Colony (third), and Playbigorgohome (fourth) trailing in his wake when winning here last month and he earns the selection. Historically looks the biggest danger now his sights are lowered.
G. A. EMPRESS was sent off favourite here recently and didn't fail to deliver when extending to a two and a half-length success. She is fancied to double-up at the expense of Saxy Lady and Coweta.
STRAIGHT THUNDER is a consistent performer who was narrowly denied over track and trip last week. He can gain compensation with Boston Chief and Mr. Why Why offering the most resistance.
IVORY LIGHTNING was second past the post last month but was disqualified and placed fourth. She is fancied to gain compensation if staying on a straight line but will have to fend off Sha Shear Ego and Wildcat's Element.
