SAINT BARTH (3) is a multiple Group 2 placegetter who ran fifth at his latest appearance over 1600m at this track, clocking in 6 lengths from the winner. Has a sound record here with three wins and six minor placings from 17 starts. Likely to figure in the finish. BAVARO BEACH (6) resumed from a spell and ran an improved race to finish midfield last start at this track when sent out at long odds. Will strip a lot fitter today and is capable of running into the money. RIPPED JEANS (4) is having his first run since February 12. Has a very good fresh-up record, scoring three times including one over 1600m at this track at the start of last prep. Rates as a solid top-three chance. A REASON TO LIVE (5) resumed from a spell here last start to finish eighth over 1600m. Races in a fitter state and has solid top-three claims if anywhere near his best.

MADERO (4) was unwanted in betting on debut last start but ran a strong race, finishing second and beaten 0.8 lengths over 1400m at this track. Open to improvement and looks a serious contender. COMPANHEIRO LEAL (8) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Rates well in this line-up and looks a serious contender. MAC BEE (7) is yet to break through in six runs. Finished seventh at his last appearance over 1400m at this track on June 17. Finds the right race here and is worth consideration. SO SIMPLE (2) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when finishing ninth over 1400m at this track. On best efforts measures up well so is worth giving another chance.

RUFAR DOS TAMBORES (3) tackled the Jockey Club Brasileiro over 1600m at this track last time out when fresh-up from a spell and finished sixth. Looks well placed in this company and should prove hard to beat. RUNAWAY BABY (1) was safely held last start when finishing 10th of 12 runners in what was a harder field than she meets today. Has claims if she can reproduce her win at this track two starts back. MANRESA (7) impressed when successful on debut over 1000m at this track four weeks ago when well supported. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. KARICOUT (6) made his debut over 1000m at this track last start and was well supported in the market but found one better on the day. Doesn't need to improve a great deal to be opening his winning account.

RENEWED HOPE (4) will find this a little easier than his last start third placing when sent out at long odds on debut four weeks ago, beaten 2.5 lengths at the end of 1400m at this track. Will benefit from that experience and is worth following up. MAGIC MAZE (3) is a two-year-old colt who is first starter by Put It Back out of Really Winner. Looks sure to be above average and from his good draw is expected to be figuring in the finish. MONTE RORAIMA (7) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 1400m at this track. Finds a suitable assignment and in a fitter state can get the job done. METALLO (5) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when well supported but could only finish 11th over 1400m at this track. Suitably placed in this line-up and can return to form.

Winning claims on best figures. LAH LAH LAH (6) usually races well second-up so can improve on her last start 13th placing over 2400m at this track when resuming from a spell. IS NOT THE END (8) is a Group 3 winner who has won both of her starts this prep, the latest on June 17 over 1600m when she got home by 1.75 lengths at this track. Will enjoy a drop in class so is a strong chance of making it a hat-trick of victories. LADY ROSE (5) finished seventh last start in a strong field over 2000m at this track. Can improve on her last start effort and is well worth an each-way ticket.

She has plenty of upside so she should be figuring in the finish once again. UNI TE (6) has raced twice and performed well on both occassions. She was well supported on debut and finished a bold close-up second of eight runners over 1400m and then finished fourth in a Group 3 event. She will find the competition here a lot easler than last her start and should be taking this race out. MAGIC FOR HAPPY (9) has not raced since her debut on April 16 over 1300m at this track when she finished fifth, beaten 2.75 lengths. Better for that run and fresh-up has each-way claims. REGAL DARF (8) was well supported on debut last start over 1400m at this track but could only manage to finish eighth of 10 runners. Should improve with race experience now behind her and is a chance in this line-up> Expected to go a lot better this time. MARYLAND (5) is a two-year-old filly out of the Group 2 winning dam Antonella Baby. Has the right pedigree and it would pay to keep her safe.

CALLEJERO (7) recorded his maiden win five starts back and looks ready to score again after a couple of recent minor placings, the latest when finishing third in a Group 2 event at this track when well supported. This colt faces a significant class drop this time and is sure to run well. OSPREY (10) is a multiple Group 2 winner who is having his third run back from a spell. Good effort to finish in the placings two starts back then missed the frame last time when finishing fourth in a Group 1 event at this track over 2400m. Tough to beat on best form. RICKY RICARDO (6) couldn't have been more impressive first up last start when he scored by 4 lengths over 1500m at this track when sent out as the favourite. Open to plenty of improvement and rates as one of the leading chances. PLAYA LOS INGLESES (1) was last seen when finishing 12th over 2400m in a Group 1 event at this track. Jorge Antonio Ricardo is in the saddle and he looks well placed in this line-up to return to form.

TRIP TO CAPRI (7) has not appeared since she finished third over 1600m at this track on April 30. This filly looks well placed in this line-up and fresh-up rates as one of the leading chances. PISCADELA (6) missed the frame two back when finishing fifth at this track but turned in a better effort last time to finish second of nine runners over 1400m at this track. Wilkley De Assis Xavier is engaged to ride again. Looks ready to win after a solid performance last time out. PORTA LATINA (12) was well supported last start when resuming from a spell but could only manage to finish fifth of nine runners over 1400m. This filly will strip a lot fitter today and has solid each-way claims. KARAJANE (2) is a talented filly who was well held last time out in what was a far stronger field than what she meets here. She has been racing in solid form this campaign with a win and five minor placings from eight starts. Expected to be competitive and is well worth a second look.
