DERO D ran well in better company here last time without threatening. But he was placed in this grade before that and is preferred to Magnanimous Mine, who is usually in the mix at this level with winning. Bonnie Boy Hunter has disappointed since being gelded but has the past form to figure.

INDOMINUS has found one too good on her last three outings now, including over track and trip last time when finishing ahead of a couple of these. The enigmatic Brianna's Bucket has bits of form that could see her figure while Assail and Hundred Year Storm are recent maiden winners upped in class.

COORS LUTE is unlikely to prove a stable star making his debut at this level but Todd Pletcher has a decent strike rate with newcomers in these events and the yard remains in flying form. I Want Mo drops in class and Illmatic was beaten only a neck on his earlier debut before floundering in a stakes race.

WINNING FOR SARAH won a claimer over track and trip last time and takes a further drop in class for this. She was placed in stakes company last year. Too Clever By Half is an obvious alternative as she won in this grade last time, beating Concealedwithakiss and Sweet Madea with Pure Bliss further behind.

GHALIA represents the Todd Pletcher's powerful yard. The $600,000 daughter of Medaglia d'Oro may well be good enough at the first time of asking. Day By Day was disqualified after passing the post first at Monmouth last year and went close on her recent reappearance while Two Step Blues is another newcomer to note.

SINATRA won a more valuable claimer than this last year. He was claimed for Jorge Navarro's in-form yard last month and could well bounce back to his best for new connections. Not Today arrives in fine form having won here last month and is another to consider along with Starship Frontier.

ADAGIO has had plenty of chances but has suffered a couple of narrow-margin defeats since dropping down to this level and may finally come good today. He's taken to confirm latest running with Mikes Muscle Man, who was less than a length behind and makes most appeal of the remainder.

RUN BLONDIE RUN was badly impeded a furlong from home in a more valuable maiden race at Aqueduct last time. Bill Mott's filly should go very close with normal luck in-running. Sylphide and Storm The Hill could also go well while Adorable Miss and Abbreviate make their racecourse debuts for leading trainers.

PUISSANT has not raced since 2015 but finished second in a decent handicap at Ascot for Marco Botti and debuts for Chad Brown's leading yard today. He might just be good enough at this level. Siding Spring also returns from a layoff while Kelly Tough, Rapscallion, Grand Sky and Conquest Sandman are others to consider.

INSUM MONEY won a maiden race here and took the step up in class in his stride when successful in a starters allowance race last month. He should make another bold bid with any further progress. Papacho was third in this grade last time ahead of Apache Brave and I Shod The Sheriff, while Got It is a recent maiden winner.

FORMULA ONE cost $1.7 million and has been rested since making a modest debut in a tougher maiden race at Saratoga in August. The first two home have both won since so Shug McGaughey's colt should find this easier. Diplomatic Shaft and Romanus are newcomers to keep an eye on in the betting.
