Lucy Bee won over 5f on her only previous visit to this venue and she has claims on the form of her Musselburgh second on Monday. Izzy Boy was well beaten at York on his handicap debut but he might be worth another chance, while Deepest Blue can also go well.

Ghur showed some ability on her debut over 7f at Carlisle and the step up in trip should suit so she can give a good account. Bix has claims on the form of his Chester third last time out and Pearl Ransom is worthy of consideration.

Watch out for: Ghur (8)

Likely testing conditions for these juveniles. Jullundar has already shown plenty in a couple of maidens on heavy ground and that should stand him in good stead. He can open his account at the expense of Pearl Ransom and newcomer Dolphin Village.

He was well beaten when favourite for a Goodwood Group 3 contest last month but he had previously finished second and third in Group 1 contests and he should have little difficulty putting these rivals to the sword. Atlantic Sport has his work cut out with the selection on these terms but he should be comfortably best of the rest ahead of Blues Jazz.

Blue Shoes has been raised 6lb for her Carlisle success last month but that might not stop her from going close, while Legal Bond won a maiden over this C&D last month and he is respected on his handicap debut.

Watch out for: Blue Shoes (2)

This looks a pretty strong race for the grade. Blue Shoes and Legal Bond bring recent winning form to the table, but it's Economic Crisis who makes the most appeal having fared best of the pacesetters in a Chester handicap that's working out well.

The vote, however, goes to CATWALK.
