Joseph and Donnacha O'Brien teamed up to land this prize last year and arrive here with CARTES this time round. A 48,000gns yearling, the son of Sea The Moon is a half-brother to a two-year-old winner over this distance and is expected to know his job here. Dermot Weld's Zuenoon has a similar sort of profile and shouldn't be far away, while Joza looks best of those with experience following his 33-1 third at Fairyhouse last month.

Back At Dawn should appreciate the return to handicap company after a couple of runs behind star Ballydoyle fillies Happily and September last year, though experience could prove key here and GEOLOGICAL certainly has plenty of that. An impressive fifth in a hot Leopardstown event last time, the six-year-old deserves to win again and should appreciate the drop back to 7f. Alans Pride will do well to win a handicap off this mark but could still be improving for his shrewd handler.

Dance Alone is rarely out of the frame at this level but looks handicapped to his best now having gone up a further 2lb for a Roscommon second last time, while Fox Dream got the better of the former last time and the pair look closely matched on their revised terms. It could be that PEDISNAP is still ahead of the assessor after her easy Navan victory 10 days ago. A mark of 63 looks fair, and she handles this type of ground well.

WILD AS THE WIND ran a big race when supported in the betting at Gowran Park last time, only finding a convincing Dermot Weld winner too good on the day. There appears to be nothing of that class here, and she looks sure to enjoy this additional distance on similar ground. Koybig has gone well the last twice in competitive heats on fast ground, while Turbine and Overcoming are other names to look at closely.

Aiden O'Brien's Deep Impact colt CONCLUSION is given one last opportunity having faltered when sent off a short-priced favourite last time. He had valid excuses in a Curragh Group Three and had shaped with serious potential before that, so he could make amends now dropping back to a mile. John Oxx's 1000,000gns gelding Fridtjof Nansen caught the eye when fourth behind Saxon Warrior at the Curragh last year and is interesting on his reappearance, while it would be no surprise to see Raeseeya build on her Gowran debut performance when second now stepping up to a mile.

AZZURI was a top performer in the National Hunt sphere when with Dan Skelton and having knocked on the door at Gowran on his first outing for new handler Richard O'Brien, can go one better here from just 1lb higher in the ratings and with leading apprentice Oisin Orr booked in the saddle. Less Of That was half a length further back that day and has to be high on the shortlist off the same mark, while Leopardstown second Near Kettering and C&D winner Konig Hall are others to note.

CHRISTOPHER ROBIN had looked a winner in waiting when reappearing this term, but has disappointed on both showings so far. However, the Camelot colt can get his season back on track here now stepping up in trip and he looks one to improve as he moves up through the distances. Dawn Hoofer scored well at Roscommon over 10 furlongs last time and is another to consider here, while Moktamel and Dream Point can't be ruled out with any real confidence.
