PEKING TO PARIS displayed marked improvement when upped in trip in a Gowran Park bumper last month and, representing the Irish champion trainer Willie Mullins, the son of Flemensfirth is expected to know his task now tackling timber for the first time. Bearly Legal is another interesting contender and is entitled to be thereabouts on the back of a decent performance over 2m here latest, while Uponthe Hoof can continue on an upward curve and give his high-profile owners something to shout about.

Summer Star boasts winning course form and is expected to attract plenty of support for Ted and Ruby Walsh, but FREEFAIRNGENUINE created a favourable impression when bolting up in a Roscommon bumper earlier this month and she's open to stacks of improvement now stepped up in trip. Soft ground appeared to play it's part in bring about that improvement and while not certain to encounter similar conditions here, the penny may have just dropped and she can go from strength to strength. Cuteasafox rates pick of the remainder.

WOOLY TOM remains very much lightly raced for his age and there is no doubt he's improving all the time having showed up well at Gowran Park and Ballinrobe in recent weeks. The son of Alexius was handed what looked a steep 11lb hike for winning over this trip at Gowran Park two starts ago but he shaped with plenty of promise off his revised mark the last day and another chance is given. Tinas Exhibition has threatened to go close for Seamus Fahey and she's considered, along with Renoyr.

KILLEGNEY is entitled to come on for her seasonal reappearance when not far away at Downpatrick off a 2lb lower mark and, with underfoot conditions seemingly in her favour, she's taken to break her duck in what looks a very winnable contest, with the step back to 2m6f expected to play to her strengths. Watt A Diva is also respected for Daniel Murphy on the back of a somewhat rejuvenated performance in maiden company latest, while Handsome Dan rates best of the rest.

BAILY GREEN looks up to conceding weight away to these rivals in novice company and Mouse Morris' 128-rated chaser can continue on an upward curve. He struggled somewhat in better company last term but has appreciated the summer ground at Roscommon in recent months and he's taken to land the hat-trick over this longer trip. Imperial Shabra can go close if able to transfer his good hurdling form over the larger obstacles, while Lend A Hand Son can bounce back from a lacklustre effort over 2m last month.

A chance is taken on PLOOPLUCK BRIDGE in this beginners' chase as Ted Walsh's lightly-raced son of Avonbridge receives weight all round against these more experienced rivals and connections can garner much encouragement from a recent effort between the flags. The decision to send the four-year-old over the larger obstacles suggests he is showing all the right signs at home but keep a close eye on Serein and Ring Ben, who are both interesting on their respective chase debuts.

A market move for Margaret Mullins' Oscars Joy would be worth taking note of but SMILER shaped with plenty of promise at Kilbeggan on his racecourse debut 10 days ago and he's expected to go very close with improvement likely for that experience. He was headed inside the final furlong on that occasion over 2m1f, so it would come as no surprise if this drop to 2m allowed him to dictate from the front and make the best of his way home. What Are You Up To may need this first run for 360 days but he won't be far away if in a similar mood to when picking up the silver medal at Cork last August.
