Black Lightning and Tabitha Worsley were successful over C&D last month and the eight-year-old should remain competitive off a 3lb higher mark, while Pickamix also warrants respect following his narrow defeat under today's jockey at Ffos Las. However, MILLIE THE MINX looks the one to beat for Dianne Sayer and champion conditional Danny McMenamin. She is 8lb higher than when winning at Sedgefield in April, but has posted a couple of solid placed efforts on the Flat since and everything looks in place for another big performance.

SHE'S ALL IN GOLD made the perfect start to her hurdling career when scoring comfortably over an extended 2m2f at Stratford last month and, with this longer trip unlikely to pose any problems, she might be able to complete the double. Princess Ruby finished third that day and, 7lb better off with a first-time hood equipped, she warrants respect. Fivetotwelve, who is also fitted with a hood, and Say Nothing add further spice to the race.

The form of GO ON BRYCEY LAD's fourth at Ffos Las in late May is very strong, with the first, second, third and sixth all successful since, and he makes plenty of appeal lining up off a 1lb lower mark. Shady Oaks is 1lb higher than when runner-up over 2m3f here last time but should run well again, while Billy's Angel and Onenightintown are other names to note.

15:35 Market Rasen (Class 4) (4YO plus)

HIGH NOON followed up his course-and-distance victory here in May when stepping up in trip an extra two furlongs last month and his current form gives him a great chance of landing a hat-trick at the Lincolnshire venue off a 4lb higher rating. Going Mobile was runner-up behind the selection for the second of those victories and Sam England's six-year-old, who was sent off favourite on that occasion, is likely to be thereabouts. Track-and-trip scorer I'dliketheoption was second off this rating last time and also enters calculations moving back up in distance.

SOLAR IMPULSE has thrived since a visor went on at Aintree on his penultimate start and backed up that victory on Merseyside when upped in trip at Cartmel last Sunday. Conditions look perfect for him to mount a bold hat-trick bid under a 7lb penalty and he is preferred to Pilbara, who knocked on the door in his first outing for Suzy Smith at Newton Abbot. Hes No Trouble is worth a market check having joined Fergal O'Brien, while Royal Village is now rated 7lb lower than his most recent success and is only 1lb higher than when scoring over track and trip in 2018.

16:45 Market Rasen (Class 2) (4YO plus)

While this looks like a revival mission for some, HAVANA HERMANO returns to the smaller obstacles after triumphing over this trip at Uttoxeter in May. The seven-year-old kept on well to lead close home on that occasion and, despite making a mistake which looked costly at the second last, showed a gritty attitude to get up. The Stuart Edmunds-trained gelding gets the vote off 3lb higher, while Ask Paddington warrants interest now 3lb above his last winning mark. Black Mischief completes the shortlist after showing he retains plenty of ability after two years off the track at Aintree last time out.

LADY BABS has triumphed twice over course-and-distance in her last three outings and it would be somewhat of a surprise should a 4lb rise stop her from recording successive victories. Should the seven-year-old fail to fire, Glacier Fox may be able to pick up the pieces from a mark 15lb below his hurdling debut in May. Completing the shortlist is Hooroo, who could appreciate the step up in trip.
