Advertise handled cut in the ground well enough on the flat and he is an interesting recruit. If his stamina holds out, he could run a big race on his hurdling debut but the one to beat could be LODEN. His Exeter disappointment last time is best ignored, as he broke a blood vessel on that occasion, and he has solid claims here on his previous form so is fancied to gain his first success over hurdles today. His stablemate, Orlittlebylittle, is also respected.
There's nothing much between Donald McCain's pair Loden and Orlittlebylittle who are selected in that order.

O CROTAIGH has only tasted defeat once in five outings at this venue and on that occasion he was only beaten a nose. He has been raised 7lb for his win over 2m7f here last time but with the drop in trip no problem, another bold bid is on the cards. Ballyoliver has been knocking on the door of late and he should be on the premises once more while L'Eldorado and Frank The Slink are also respected.
If Junior Jack bounces straight back from a below-par effort he could take the spoils in a trappy affair. Ballyoliver went close at Towcester on Tuesday and should once again be on the premises if recovered in time, while course specialist O Crotaigh also warrants plenty of respect.

It is probably best to focus on the Donald McCain-trained duo, AMRON LAD and Boruler. The former ran out a cosy winner over 2m4f at Haydock last month and he meets his stablemate on 4lb better terms than he would in a handicap. Boruler is open to improvement, however, and he does look the obvious danger. Cian Boy has shown ability in bumpers and he should not be totally overlooked making his hurdles debut.
Not hard to envisage Amron Lad beating stablemate Boruler in what is likely to develop into a match.

Ukrainian Star completed a hat-trick when winning at Towcester last time but the handicapper hit him with a 10lb rise for that success and he might find life tougher now. MUMBLES HEAD returned to form with a solid second at Ffos Las earlier this month and might now be able to take advantage of his very fair handicap mark while Sir Tamburlane is gradually getting the hang of chasing and he can also take a hand.
Sir Tamburlane is doing very little wrong at present and will surely win races sooner rather than later, but he may face an uphill battle coping with the thrown-in Mumbles Head if he's able to build on his Ffos Las runner-up effort 2 weeks ago.

COOL BARANCA won with plenty in hand at Perth earlier this week and she is fancied to defy the 7lb penalty and complete the hat-trick this afternoon. Fashionable Gal was well beaten at Stratford last time but she has claims if bouncing back to her best but Ruby Crown would ideally prefer a sounder surface. Definite Lady posted an improved effort at Towcester earlier in the month and would have to be respected if turned out again following an intended appearance at Plumpton on Friday.
Cool Baranca is thriving at present, might prove better suited to these conditions than her rivals and can complete a quick hat-trick. Ruby Crown could prove the one for forecast backers.

Liscahill Karella won in facile fashion over 2m4f at Bangor last week but the handicapper has made life tougher for him with a 16lb rise in the ratings. Nevertheless, he could still go well. Stuff Of Dreams, Around A Pound and Stick Together all merit respect in a tricky contest but a tentative verdict goes to WORTH A KING'S. He has dropped a long way in the weights since joining his current yard and there have been some encouraging signs on his most recent starts.
Liscahill Karella was hugely impressive at Bangor last week but it didn't go unnoticed by the handicapper. This will be much tougher and Stick Together, whose chasing career has been blighted by jumping errors, can capitalise on the return to hurdling.

SHUH SHUH GAH has performed with credit on both of his starts in bumpers to date and might not have to find too much improvement to get off the mark here. Kicking Time makes some appeal on pedigree and it will be interesting to see if there is any confidence behind him on his racecourse debut. The same can also be said for Sue Smith's newcomer Grate Fella.
Shuh Shuh Gah has been placed on both starts, including in the mud, and is hard to oppose, though a few of the newcomers look interesting on paper and significant market support for any of them would put a slightly different slant on things, particularly the Pam Sly-trained Comeback Colin.
