The booking of Kieren Fallon for Manofmanytalents screams confidence and suggests connections are confident he'll build on his latest third at Sandown. JUST US TWO (second) got the better of him that day, though, and Robert Cowell's charge is expected to make it third time lucky with further improvement anticipated. Able Spirit can be forgiven his latest effort on the all-weather given he finished a close fifth at Haydock two starts back.

CHAPEL CHOIR is a beautifully-bred half-sister to stable companion Gospel Choir, winner of the Jockey Club and Yorkshire Cup this season, and consistent Mark Johnston inmate Sennockian Star. On that breeding, she's going to need every yard of the 1m on her racecourse debut and the daughter of Dalakhani can make it a winning debut. Hyphaema is another debutant that makes plenty of appeal on breeding and she represents an in-form stable, while the likes of Waldnah and Elle Dorado cannot be overlooked either.

HILLGROVE ANGEL contested a competitive nursery here eight days ago and ran a blinder to finish within a length and a quarter of the Richard Hannon-trained Maftoon. The son of Dark Angel has been left on a mark of 67 and is expected to go one place better if reproducing that level of form. Philba represents a shrewd stable and could be interesting on his nursery debut, while North Bay Lady ran a career-best third at Redcar latest and she's noted as well.

Handheld knows how to win around here and he arrives buoyed by his Yarmouth success, while Donny Rover is fairly consistent so it would come as no surprise if Mick Appleby's Newmarket winner followed up. The vote goes to RAISE YOUR GAZE, though, as he represents a yard that has come back into some form of late and he was most impressive when readily exploiting a 6lb lower mark at Sandown a fortnight ago.

FAURE ISLAND finally got his head in front at Leicester nine days ago and that first taste of success will have given him the impetus to move forward. Quick ground is clearly what Henry Candy's three-year-old needs and another bold showing looks assured under a 6lb penalty. Emef Diamond has been banging hard on the door at Pontefract, Beverley and Thirsk of late and he merits a place on the shortlist, while it could be worth keeping Unforgiving Minute onside too.

There aren't many handicappers around in better form than TRIPLE CHOCOLATE, who completed his hat-trick in good style at Haydock last month. The four-year-old by Danehill Dancer really has the bit between his teeth at the moment and a 5lb rise might not be enough to halt his progress given his overall record to date reads four wins from just 10 starts. Amadeus Wolfe Tone was no match for the selection at Newmarket three starts back but he's since won two races himself, while Arctic Feeling and Dont Have It Then are others to keep an eye on.

DUSTY STORM wasn't winning out of turn when she doubled her career win tally at Brighton 16 days ago and although she's been handed a 7lb hike in the weights, that confidence-boosting success will have done her the world of good and talented 3lb claimer George Chaloner negates some of that rise in the saddle. Only Ten Per Cent is two wins from his last three starts and is expected to be thereabouts, while Dishy Guru can also go well under a nice weight.
