Verdict
Individual Race Printouts

Neither Killing Me Softly nor Fortune Point can boast that convincing a profile but both did put in their career-best runs over fences and a repeat from either could get them amongst the leaders. Auditor won here in October only to disappoint back here next time and much will depend on which Auditor turns up today. The tentative vote goes to TOSULA who, with just the one blip on an otherwise very solid record over fences, looks the one to beat assuming that the lack of a recent outing does not find her out.

Cashmere Ted makes his jumping debut after two runs in bumpers and along with Satindra, who can improve upon his first try over timber here earlier this month, can reach the frame. No Supper has gone backwards since a couple of decent efforts in novice company but should find this a great deal easier and looks a threat to LADY FLORENCE. She improved on her debut effort when second in a similar heat to this at Wetherby and a slightly better jumping performance could be enough to see her win here.

Brumous may find this a bit easier than of late and it would be folly to write off Towcester regulars Blunham Hill and Follow the Flow. The latter is reaching the veteran stage now but still knows his way around here whereas the former, two years the junior boasts three course wins. Nevada Red has been knocking on the door but the choice is KILTIMONEY who, if forgetting his latest run where his saddle slipped, had strung together a very solid sequence. That consistency can be rewarded today.

Snake Charmer and Hareem have been going well without setting the world alight, whereas Colonial Jim won last time out and is clearly going along the right way. Silver Bay put in his best run to date here in May and Ice Melted made a decent seasonal reappearance at Exeter almost three weeks ago, but CANNON FIRE showed improved form last time at Fontwell and gets the vote. Travelling well in a manner that suggested his turn wasn't far away that day, he has slipped to what looks an attractive mark.

Romantic Bridge needs a tad more, as does Wychwoods Legend who has yet to impress over timber after landing two bumpers. Naturally Inspired comes from Malcolm Jefferson's in-form yard and should be monitored in the betting market, but the climb of Alan King can continue here as the red-hot trainer has two strong challengers. Silver Spinner won a bumper before recording a decent effort over hurdles at Chepstow, but GOLD REEF is the pick of Choc Thornton after a pleasing hurdles bow over 2m here. Today's longer trip might help her to lead this field home.

Mr Ironman's form has been a bit patchy since winning here over a year ago, but Salsero can improve upon a pleasing chasing debut at Bangor and reach the frame. Shake the Barley beat a small field with ease at Lingfield but may find this tougher. THAI VANGO looks progressive over fences as a solid debut Carlisle fourth was then bettered by a second at Huntingdon and only a brave man would bet against Nigel Twiston-Davies at the moment.
