A strong maiden plate. MANHATTAN COCKTAIL was all at sea on debut and should come on heaps. Both COASTAL TORRENT (3rd run after a rest and gelding) and POWER OF PLACE (needed it last time) could get into the action if stay the the extra. ARTAX needed his first run as a gelding and warrants respect. IMPERIAL OUNCE is capable but encounters problems every time.

Watch out for: Manhattan Cocktail (6)

MANHATTAN COCKTAIL looks quite hard to fault and should give it a good go. Coastal Torrent could be the chief danger, while Timkat might be worth siding with for third first time out.

None have a problem with the extra. GREEK FIRE is only having his 3rd career start and looks to have plenty to come. AL FAHAD is still not at his best but could find it.
