MIRACULOUS MOMENT failed to build on the promise of her sprint debut when unplaced over this trip last month, but she is unexposed so shouldn't be written off. Verdict

INDIAN OCEAN is the best-weighted runner in the lineup but is drawn wide and out of sorts. MO MENT (better over further) and HAWKBILL (off 119 days) are also favourably treated but unlikely to be fully tuned. Progressive 3yo WAYNE has finished 2nd in back-to-back starts over 1600m and on pedigree, this extended trip could be more to his liking. DANCE KING and THE PLAYBOY BOMBER are consistent performers at this level with solid credentials and they should be in the shake-up on current form. Verdict

Promising 3yo RING RINGA ROSES didn't go unnoticed when staying on to finish 4th at a higher level against male opposition over track and trip last time. She would have tightened up since and reverts to same-sex company off an unchanged mark so it should pay to follow her progress. Recent winners STREISAND and FAIR PROPOSAL remain competitive under resultant penalties and could pose a threat to the selection. Returning DELAWARE RIVER has scope to improve so isn't taken lightly on handicap debut. LADY SABRINA and LADY ELLIOT make appeal at longer odds off their reduced ratings.
