Tricky at the best of times he may be but KANARDO FOR CLARA (3) sports a new configuration for his debut over the distance after having reassured at Pornichet, and Mathieu Mottier gets the nod. Stablemate KARNET DE VOYAGE (5) had been exceptional this year until losing his action at Divonne recently but with Adrien Lamy aboard can be backed with confidence. Barefoot on her first outing for the Grimault stable, KAROLYNE DE MALAC (1) will have a lot to offer if she can stay in stride. KALINE DE LA COUR (7) is currently enjoying a fruitful run of form and debuts in the discipline with a potentially good hand to play.

He may not be the easiest of horses to handle but LISANDRO FIORELLO (6) showed his form at Les Sables-d'Olonne a fortnight ago and makes his Vincennes debut with Eric Raffin back in the bike and a realistic chance of doubling up. Starting just to his outside, and also new to the venue, is LORD DE FONTAINE (7) whose recent Enghien run did not go unnoticed, and the better-positioned LOYAL ELEVEN (4) who is clearly close to opening his French account. LE TAJ MAHAL (1) has not been firing on all cylinders lately but he enjoys a fine entry, races unshod-behind, and will be reined by Alexandre Abrivard.

An exceptional campaigner in this branch of the business, HADDOCK DU CLOS (2) won unopposed at Enghien in mid-August and given his liking for these conditions, is going to take all the beating. The delicate but talented FOSTER DE L'ITON (10) sports a fresh formula for his new handler and the engagement of Alexandre Abrivard speaks volumes. HECTOR DE BASSIERE (8) has yet to make his mark under the saddle but in current form is easy to like, especially with Guillaume Martin in the irons. Dependability may not be her strong suit but HAWAI RIVER (9) has nothing to prove at this level and will be barefoot for the occasion.

A quality element that has not enjoyed the best of luck lately, resulting in 3 straight runner-up spots, IN RED (14) hails from a yard firing on all cylinders and can win this if Gabriele Gelormini keeps him out of harm's way. IGUANE DE CAPONET (5) however, has won his last 3, all for Yoann Lebourgeois, and will be no soft touch. HIMBERLAND (9) faces a tougher task than he did at Enghien last month, but is enjoying the form of his life and Alexandre Abrivard takes over. IACYNTHE DIDJEAP (15) excels with Eric Raffin and his recent course-and-distance performance bodes well for his chances. INFINIMENT CITRON (7) is more at home in the provinces but is patently at the top of his game and warrants considerable respect.

Justifiably well-regarded, the German-trained EXPLOIT KRONOS (4) left a good impression at Enghien on last month's French debut; Benjamin Rochard has been drafted in for his Vincennes bow and can impose. He will be opposed by in-form Italian raider ENZOFABIO JET (8) who will be reined by Eric Raffin for the occasion, and NEVADA LOBELL (7) who imposed at Mons on his first start for 11 months. KAIROUAN GLAM (11) may not be the biggest fan of Vincennes but Herve Sionneau could not have wished for a better entry.

FAKIR DE LA CRIERE (8) put in a fine performance at Cherbourg last month and, reunited with Mathieu Mottier, could well win his first race for over 2 years. 6th that day, HISTOIREMIKA (11) will be reined by Eric Raffin for the occasion and can contest the finish this time. HUGO D'HERTALS (4) recently made up for his July elimination and is easy to recommend for a place on the podium. In form, terrifically-engaged, and with Matthieu Abrivard in the bike, GOLZAC DE REM (16) is unlikely to disappoint.

Runner-up in a Gr.3 early last month, helped by a pair of eliminations, MONI MAKING PACE (8) is nevertheless a quality colt with a bright future and looks a marginally better choice than early-August Enghien winner, MAD OF YOU (14), who benefits from a superb entry, and MONTEQUILLO (12) who most recently reassured over course and distance. MUST ATOUT (13) drops to a more reasonable level and with application will not be far off the mark.

A number of horses in the mix here but it is difficult to ignore the excellent Swedish MACAHAN (7) who races barefoot for her French debut, with Benjamin Rochard in the bike. They can still expect to meet resistance from a barefoot KARAMBAR (9) who thrives over 2850m here, and the well-engaged, and barefoot, KAPTAIN DU LIAMONE (12) who has won 2 of his last 3. Winner of an Enghien Gr.3 before flopping under these conditions, EVERY TIME WINNER (1) can be brought back into the fold.

Enjoying something of a renaissance in 2025, LIBERTA MESLOISE (6) stayed on well to impose over longer here recently and, barefoot again, can repeat. Yoann Lebourgeois will still be mindful of the serious LUMINOUS STAR (9) who runs barefoot following a pair of conditioners, and the well-engaged LOUVE DE DAIDOU (10) who has been knocking at the door this term. Plainly in fine fettle, LUNGA DES BROUSSES (3) will be no pushover if she gets off on the right foot.
