Last year's winner Justcallmehandsome makes little appeal on current form while 7f maiden winner Mr Emirati has a lot more to do on his handicap debut. Inpursuitoffreedom just failed to complete the hat-trick when failing by half a length to catch the winner over C&D this month but may struggle with another 6lb to carry now and is passed over in favour of STRIKE FORCE, who won over 1m 2f here last month. He's up in the weights now but has continued to run well since being reassessed and could have the measure of these rivals.

So Is She is still a maiden after ten starts but has gone close in better races than this. A Little Bit Dusty won nicely in this grade at Lingfield and is another to consider while Mediplomat drops in grade and cannot be ruled out. It's worth giving IVAN'S A STAR another chance here. He was beaten more than two lengths by A Little Bit Dusty two starts ago but is better off at the weights with the winner here and has run well since in better company.

Hulcote Rose was a game 6f winner here last week but is up 3lb for a head success and runs in better company tonight. Tiradito was second in this grade over C&D last time but was well beaten and may need more help from the handicapper. It's worth taking a chance on METHAALY, who won over C&D two years ago but has been running with plenty of credit over shorter trips of late. He has been placed over 6f on the all-weather twice recently and looks ready to strike now over this longer trip.

Bachelor Knight was a game winner at Ayr last time out but has never scored on the all-weather and has plenty on his plate off top weight. Magic Cross has finished second here on his last two outings but needs to raise her game and it may be worth siding with SHUTTERBUG, who showed little in four starts on turf but was a good fourth over 7f here on her all-weather debut this month. She tired late that day and, over this shorter tip and with further improvement possible, she could be up to landing the spoils tonight.

Lady Platinum Club is up in class after a head defeat over C&D this month but has run well in better races and has leading claims in this event. Preference, however, is for WOLF SLAYER, a close and closing third over 5f at Lingfield last time in this grade. She seems sure to be suited by this trip and should be open to further improvement. Loyal N Trusted looks best of the remainder.

SLOOP JOHNB, a game winner at Southwell last month on his all-weather debut, never really threatened the winner when third over C&D latest but remains well-weighted and could be open to some improvement after his first run on the polytrack. He looks worth siding with tonight. Grudge, a short-head scorer over C&D, and La Capriosa, successful by a neck over 5f at Southwell, can't be ruled out despite rising in the weights, but Lingfield maiden winner, Fear Nothing, looks feasibly treated on his return to handicap company and rates the main danger.

This looks a good opportunity for THE WONGA COUP to break his duck at the eighth time of asking. He's shown much improved form on his return to the all-weather, following an unlucky third over this trip at Lingfield with a head second over 1m 2f at the same track. He can go one better tonight. Rhythm Stick was a well-held second at Kempton but is open to improvement after just four starts, while Half Sister was third over C&D latest but that was in a claimer and she needs to raise her game.
