EDDIES JEWEL is one of those horses that has benefited from the introduction of banded racing. Usually a back marker in his early career, he's now won twice at this level and although not the most consistent, his best form should be good enough here. Heathyards Joy looks the main danger but Adalar and Rem Time could run well.

Saucepot and Taylor Maid have put in improved efforts in slightly better races recently and can be given chances here while David's Symphony, a winner over C&D in April has sound claims with a first-time visor added. Prefence is for ROCK FEVER, whose best form has come here. Dropped in class today, she should finally get her head in front.

Silver Court has put in a couple of decent efforts lately and should be thereabouts. FRENCHMANS LODGE broke his duck in a banded race at Leicester last month at the 33rd attempt, with Fenwicks Pride close up in third. That confidence-booster, coupled with his better form on the all-weather, should enable him to confirm the placings.

URBAN CALM - a better horse on turf - is in great form, wining two of her last three starts, one over C&D. Her Warwick win was in better company and she's sure to go close while in this form. Safranine, dropped in class, could pose the biggest threat while Arctic Burst, Cargo and Empress Josephine are others with chances here.

Old stager Adobe is usually thereabouts and must have a chance at this level while Show Me The Lolly and Golden Spectrum take big drops in class and should be in the shake-up. They've yet to prove themselves on the all-weather, however, and are passed over in favour MISS GLORY BE, seven times a winner on the artificial surface.

PARSLEY'S RETURN was an impressive winner over this trip in similar company last time. He's also scored on the polytrack and he can continue his good form by taking this. Stravmour, Ocean Rock and Listen To Reason have claims but After Lent, a Folkestone claimer winner this month, and open to improvement, looks the biggest danger.
