Several of these have been running well in handicap company and picking the winner won't be easy but it could pay to side with TOWY BOY. He's finished second in his last three starts, has proved he handles the all-weather and should prove too good back in maiden company. Tangerine Trees' turf form puts him in with a real chance but he tackles the all-weather for the first time while Spic 'n Span and Dancing Maite have claims on their best form but are not the most reliable.

Mohawk Star's hat-trick bid was scuppered by the handicapper at Kempton last time and he's up another 2lb here. Silk Hall is running well but has plenty of weight. Into The Light is up 2lb after finishing second over 1m 4f here but is unexposed and may appreciate the longer trip today. He may have to play second fiddle, however, to MERRYMAKER, up 5lb for a narrow win at Catterick last time. He's won off higher marks on the all-weather, however, and should have the measure of these rivals back on his favourite surface.

This modest event shouldn't take too much winning and it would pay to side with NUN TODAY, who scored in this grade four starts ago and has run reasonably well in handicap company since. Buddha O'Neil has shown little in two starts but hails from a yard in form and must be given a chance in this grade while Nimmy's Special looks to be going the right way and is another to consider.

WILLKANDOO is a horse in form from a stable in form and is difficult to oppose here. Four times a winner from his last eight starts, he comes here fresh from a successful trip to Dundalk, where he landed his first success on the all-weather. A 6lb penalty shouldn't stop him following up. The veteran Will He Wish was a close third over 1m 2f at Lingfield latest and looks the danger if repeating that effort while Councellor is up 14lb on his winning Goodwood mark but may be a better horse on the all-weather.

Off the track for more than a year, Lady Bahia has yet to recapture her old form in five runs but is back down to a winning mark now. Pegasus Dancer ended a long losing spell with a 5f success at Great Leighs but that was in a seller and he's likely to find one too good here in PRIDE OF NORTHCARE, who broke his duck in a 5f Lingfield all-weather maiden and wasn't far away in a 5f Redcar handicap next time. Back on his favourite surface, he is weighted to land this.

Bookiebasher Babe, after a string of disappointing efforts, returned to form with a narrow defeat over 1m 2f at Lingfield this month and has every chance if repeating that effort. Azure Mist didn't get the best of runs when beaten a neck at Bath latest and has shown form on the all-weather. She has claims but so does the lightly-raced INTABIH and he makes more appeal. Third over 1m at Great Leighs last time, he was eased after being badly hampered. With a clear run he can take this off the same mark.
