ZUPAGROOVE (5) on debut has been well supported in early markets and creates plenty of interest with Jack Hill taking the ride. DOUBLE OH SEVEN (6) on debut for Team Hawkes has been kept safe in early markets. She's sure to be well educated and a forward showing wouldn't surprise. MAGNY COURS (2) faces the starter for the first time and put in an encouraging Trial effort prior to spelling. He can figure in the finish. CATALINA BLACK CAT (1) first up has the benefit of race experience. He can run well fresh with natural improvement. GLOWING GOLD (8) warrants plenty of respect on debut for the powerful Maher/Eustace yard and any market moves could prove significant.

BOUND FOR HOME (5) appeals each way making her debut on her home track. Don't take lightly. SO GREYSFUL (10) faces the starter for the first time with an encouraging Trial under her belt in preparation. Keep safe. STARTIDE (11) is bred to be an early runner and creates interest on debut for a leading yard. She's worth watching. KIMBERLEY PEARL (7) can't be ruled out as a chance on debut for the powerful Maher/Eustace yard and any market moves could prove significant.

HEAVENLY EAGLE (2) has placed twice in town to start his career including last start when favourite. A win isn't far away and if he can handle the give in the ground he should be hard to beat. GUSMAO (1) ran an encouraging race for third on debut last start when making up plenty of ground from the back. He was in the market on that occasion and looms as a danger here with added fitness. LUMIN (7) stuck to her task well at this track last start when second on debut. She's in the mix again from a forward position in the run. VAIN FOX (6) showed enough in three runs last preparation to suggest that this is a suitable first up assignment. Keep safe. JAYEFFTHUNDER (3) can add value to the exotics first up from a spell with natural improvement.

NAVAL SEAL (5) can be forgiven for last start when things didn't go his way in the run and a better reference is his two placings prior to start his career. This trip is suitable and from a forward position in the run he won't be far away at the finish. JENNIFERENTI (8) was a close up third in town when a warm favourite resuming from a let up last start. A win isn't far away and if she can handle the give in the ground she looms as a danger. KYTELER (4) closed off nicely at this track last start when well in the market and the daughter of Shamus Award warrants plenty of respect again out to this trip. Keep safe. LADY WHISTLEDOWN (9) is yet to place but has finished close up at her past four starts. Don't take lightly. CALMSIR (1) made sharp improvement last start when resuming on the Heavy and she appeals each way with added fitness.

BARRETTA (2) was a narrow winner two starts ago in good time when favourite before a forgive run last start when things didn't go his way. He appears to have plenty of upside and if he can handle the ground he can return to winning form. JACK OF IT (3) has won both starts back from a spell including an easy win last start on the Heavy. He's likely to get conditions to suit again and this trip should be ideal. He looms as a danger from a forward position in the run. TEXCEL (4) was a good winner in town two starts ago when well in the market before a close up effort last start in a harder race. He has the form to take this out. HELMITON (7) stuck to his task well last start over the course and distance and it would be no surprise to see him go close here. Keep safe. MARK THE HORSE (8) will make his own luck on speed and is likely to get conditions to suit. Include in the exotics from a forward position in the run.

Tricky affair. NARRATED (5) is a very consistent horse having only missed a place once in eleven starts to date. He ran out an easy winner over this trip when first up last campaign, handles rain affected going and is easy to like with natural improvement. IMPROVIDENT (3) was a runaway winner in easier grade last start having broken his Maiden over the course and trip two starts ago when in the market. He's progressing nicely and looms as a danger from a forward position in the run. SABRE PRINCESS (14) just missed over the course and distance when resuming last time in before a close up effort at Flemington on Oaks day. She has good ability on her day and another forward showing fresh can be expected. RICHTER (9) stuck to his task well on speed last start and a repeat effort will see him in the finish again here. He appeals each way. BRAVE STAR (1) is racing well and another win isn't far away approaching peak fitness fourth up.

Competitive race. UNIQUELY (12) has only missed a place once at the course including two wins over the track and trip. She handles the sting out and although she was no match for Grandslam last start that form reads well for this. Look for her to bounce back. NAMAKWA (2) is a talented type over a middle distance and returned to the winner's circle last start with a narrow win in the Stawell Cup. He can go on with it here approaching peak fitness fourth up. TARAMANSOUR (1) was Group 3 placed last Spring and is ready to show his best third up having won both attempts following that pattern in the past. He'll be hard to beat if the track isn't too wet. IRISH BUTTERFLY (6) looks ready to win back onto the bigger track and with give in the ground. Back each way. REDJINA (7) has found his best form running out an easy winner last start which followed a close up effort in a strong form race behind Pont Nepean. He looks value in early markets.

CRACKHORN (4) is progressing nicely having won two on end impressively with a good gap to third on each occasion prior to a close up effort in town last start when in the market. A wide gate may not be a disadvantage by this stage of the day and he looks hard to beat on his home track. YELDARB (1) is well in after the claim in this grade and be forgiven for last start when things didn't go his way. He loves the sting out of the ground and looks value in early markets. FIRST MATE (2) first up is a progressive type who wasn't beaten far behind the talented Typhoon Harmony when resuming last time in. He has a win over the course and distance to his name and it would be no surprise to see him go close. YARRA BOY (12) is talented on his day and warrants plenty of respect fresh. IS THIS LOVE (14) is lightly raced and progressing well having notched a deserves win last start. She can build on that here. Keep safe.
