Imagebylamplight was an impressive winner over 6.5f here latest but has something to prove over a route trip and the safest bet may be LANCETTE'S WAGER. She followed an impressive sprint victory with a good second (Ringaroundrosie 3rd) in a similar event to this over C&D and is the fastest at this distance.

LINE OF THOUGHT looks ready to open his account today. He has been knocking hard on the door with four consecutive seconds, including in a higher grade over 1m1f here latest, and is comfortably the fastest among these. Bateman Road and Screaming Niner have shown glimpses of ability in sprints and look the best of the remainder as they step up in trip.

LIVELY VOYAGE failed to land a serious gamble first time out but still caught the eye with a good third over 5.5f here. He will have learnt plenty from that experience and could take some beating with the step up in trip expected to suit. Astala Triest Baby improved to make second over 4.5f last time out but a return to a longer trip may not be in his favour, so Cruzan Reprize is expected to give the selection most to think about.

The Move Man has been threatening to open his account in recent months and should find a race sooner rather than later. However, he may have to settle for second prize as the GIANT HOPE returns from a break. Christophe Clement's colt has gone close on all three starts to date and should have more to offer today. Band Dixie isn't the most reliable sort but is the fastest of these on turf and must be respected.

Fortunate Prince bettered Rocketeightyeight, Saye's and Afleet Nice when filling the runner-up berth in a similar C&D contest last month and looks sure to go close today. NORTHCOUNTRY CHIEF won well here on his penultimate outing; he found the 7f trip too far latest and a big run is expected back over 6f. Planter was behind the selection in September but scored over C&D last time out and is well worth a second look.

His record at this distance is far from impressive, but the switch to a high-percentage in-form jockey suggests that connections believe BIANCONI'S BOY can defy the statistics here. Right Of Conquest is eligible to improve for his recent reappearance after a lengthy absence and is an obvious danger, while Skippykeepswinning is not without a chance in this company from a good draw.

Boasting the highest speed figure at today's distance, MAGIC SPEED has a chance of regaining winning ways at the main expense of Champagne Brunch who switches to a high-percentage jockey after reportedly working well in training. Streamline was outclassed last time, but could reach the frame in this company.

Bidding to complete a hat trick for her in-form trainer, MASTER CON ARTIST makes most appeal and could out-gun Harbor Chief who also arrives here on the back of a winning effort, but that was back in late September. Marimar Light looked up against it in tougher company last time, but did well to finish third and could reach the frame again.

Not seen since his debut in May last year, ANOTHER MONARCH has clearly had his problems, but there is every reason to expect a bold bid as he represents a trainer in top form. Kipper West and Master Fancy were expensive failures after being backed into favouritism last time out, but now look the most likely to benefit if the selection doesn't perform as expected.
