Honky Tonk Sally is the form selection, but a chance is taken on TIGER SPICE, who showed plenty of promise on her debut and should go close if making normal progress for the experience. Lady Zabeen has a couple of good efforts behind her and is entitled to be involved, while any significant market interest in Sayyedati Symphony and Chaenomeles would be worth noting.

History tells us that a low draw is a big advantage here. The Real Guru has the prime position but is not guaranteed to take advantage, unlike the consistent Style Award who should go well, but BALDEMAR looks the most likely winner. Money for Not My Choice on his debut in handicap company would be interesting.

Pearl has virtually everything in her favour and really ought to be winning this if she has any future. However, she may have bumped into a dark one here as CHANGE COURSE produced an eye-catching performance last time. Storm Lily is bred to be good and, despite showing little on her debut, could be the fly in the ointment.

Imperial Echo has the best draw but is not well handicapped and similar comments apply to H Harrison who loves it round these bends. Hat-trick-seeking Inter Vision faces a tough task from the widest draw of all, so a chance is taken on THE KIDDYKID who has run the odd good race this season, including when third over this C&D a couple of outings ago.

Cabinet would have been interesting if it wasn't for the draw. Smart Instinct is a decent sort and has the draw to run well again, but REGAL PARADE appeared to be running into form and could regain winning ways. Parisian Dream has scope for improvement and could be a player.

Prospect Court has been in tremendous form but he has flown up the weights as a result and now faces a stiff task. Holbeck Ghyll is similarly high in the handicap at the moment, while Rasaman is often fancied but can disappoint. Dig Deep has a big race in him, but COCONUT MOON has been handed a good stall again and could add another course success to her record.

A lot depends on how straight Ainama is after his break as he could still be well handicapped. Merrymaker is slowly returning to form and seems sure to run his race, while Prelude loves the course and will give his all, but a chance is taken on FREE TO AIR who is consistent, could be well handicapped on certain pieces of form and can overcome a wide draw over this distance.
