LIBRAS CHILD doesn't win very often and finished behind several of these over 6f here last week. But he's much better over the minimum trip and has solid claims today. Sister Sox has already won four times this year and seems sure to make her presence felt again, but this trip may be on the sharp side for Diamonds For Luck and Tiffany Gardens.

Noelani appears to have the beating of Miss Sally on their run together over C&D last month, though the latter did improve to win over 7f at Tipperary seven days ago. The unbeaten Hard Rock City got the better of several of these over 7f at Leopardstown last month but he's yet to race over this trip and could be vulnerable against the consistent MAJESTIC TIMES, who deserves a change of luck.

Kamarinskaya is improving with experience and promises to make her presence felt, though this drop to 6f is a worry. Waterways' form stands up to scrutiny but she has to give weight away all round here and hasn't raced for a couple of months. She also lacks a bit of scope unlike ALEXANDER ALLIANCE, who made a decent debut behind Art Museum over C&D last month and can only improve. Hidden Charm looks best of the rest.

Bricks And Porter's one run over this trip this year was disappointing, but Senators Alibi never seems to run a bad race and should be in the firing-line. Peineve has been knocking on the door lately but the selection is DEVIOUS DIVA, who can reverse recent C&D running with Fields Of Joy on 3lb better terms. Shaykhan and Victram are others to consider.

It must be significant that Kieren Fallon has chosen easy Leopardstown maiden winner SEPTIMUS ahead of stablemate Altius as the latter was second in a Listed race at Tipperary last week. Duff ran well in the National Stakes three weeks ago but has less scope than Tipperary winner Basra and Rekaab. Sandton City looks out of his depth against these.

Lightly-raced on the Flat, IMPARTIAL was a comfortable winner at Thurles last month and may be a step ahead of the handicapper. Clara Allen is improving but has to overcome a big rise in the weights while Holy Orders, who beat Athlumney Lad, Rooftop Protest and Mrs Gillow over C&D recently, may be anchored by his welter burden. Mutadarek may prove the pick of the remainder.

7

17:00 Curragh (IRE) (Class 1) (3YO plus)

At a difference of 5lb, DREAM TO DRESS is entitled to overturn Listowel running with De Laurentis though the latter can be expected to improve again here. Foreign Affairs is a tried and tested performer at this level and won well in France last month, but it may be worth opposing the John Oxx pair Gift Range and Helena Molony who are upped in class. Blessyourpinksox could have place claims, however.

Charlemagne, a half-brother to useful stayer Duke Of Venice, has already been gelded and probably isn't one of Ballydoyle's best juveniles. He may be worth opposing with Dermot Weld's Barathea filly CINNAMON TREE, who has a decent pedigree. Waitingforanalibi can improve on his Cork debut and Australia Day shaped nicely at Gowran, though will probably need further in time.
