PAY THE PREACHER certainly wasn't stopping when landing the spoils over 1m here last time and, with this step up in trip of no concern, he gets the confident nod to follow up tonight. Suave Baron is unlikely to go down without a fight in his bid to complete the hat-trick, while Expect Validity is another worthy of consideration.
BEAR PRAYER appears to be going from strength to strength at present and, after gamely landing a double at Suffolk last time, she will be fancied to complete the hat-trick tonight. On The Rail has been knocking on the door of late and could give the selection most to think about, along with the Scott Lake-trained Loveland.
In what looks a tricky puzzle for punter's to solve, it could pay to side with OFFICER IPOD. He has caught the eye in recent workouts and gets the tentative vote to make a winning debut tonight. Yield Spread is entitled to have learnt a great deal from his debut fourth and could pose the main danger, while Kanzel is another of interest.
TRIP TO THE BANK didn't appear to get home when second over 7f at Charles Town last time and looks sure to take all the beating dropped in trip this evening. Chesapeake Bay faces his easiest task of late and could get involved where it matters most, while Sound The Charge is another that cannot be ruled out with any confidence.
BATTLE OF BRITAIN produced a gallant effort in defeat when second over this track and trip last time could prove the one to be on in what looks a particularly open affair this evening. Mean Sally has finished in the frame on her two latest starts and should go close once again, while Evonne is another that warrants respect.
GRAND PRIX showed a likeable attitude when landing the spoils over this track and trip last time and, with that confidence booster under her belt, she looks the one to beat on her bid to follow up tonight. Love To Date bolted up at Pimlico latest and rates the biggest threat, while Caverness is another in with a shout.
SAUCON MEADOW flattened out in the closing stages when fourth over 5 1/2f here last time out and could prove a tough nut to crack dropped in both trip and grade tonight. Lovelorn has filled the runner-up spot on her two latest outings and may have to play second fiddle once again, while Little Trooper is another interesting contender.
YOU DON'T LISTEN has been in cracking form of late and, after tenaciously completing the hat-trick at this venue last time, he's extremely hard to oppose in this contest. Gambler's Prize won with plenty up his sleeve here latest and looks sure to play a leading role once again, while Ruby's Red Socks could be another worth noting.
