BEST CHANCE posted a career best speed figure when scoring over C&D earlier in the month and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat here. You Know is rarely far away at this level and looks the one for the forecast, although Peanut Two and Puppysnewdaddy must also be considered.
GITTIUPGO was denied a hat-trick last time but has claims of bouncing back to form now eased in grade. Moonstruck Bertie wasn't far behind the selection when they clashed over 7f in January and over this longer trip it is unlikely those placings will be reversed. The hat-trick seeking Tiger Grove and Tensas Gray Girl also have reasonable claims.
Another Time failed to see out 7f last time so it is questionable whether the step up to a mile will ideally suit here and IPILEE is preferred. The selection has been staying on over shorter and shapes as if well worth a try at a mile. Count De Cash and Three Shadows complete the shortlist.
CHANGE OF ORDERS returned to form with a pleasing second over C&D last time and is fancied to build upon that effort whilst evidently in good heart. Lothario is entitled to come on for his seasonal reappearance and must be considered a serious danger now eased in grade. Adlis and Free Of Trouble are two others to consider.
It could pay to side with RAIL RUNNER on his racecourse debut. He has shaped promisingly in recent workouts and is sure to know his job. Wow Thing is another interesting newcomer from the Karl Broberg stable, while J J's Fire Slam looks best of the experienced runners and should go close.
